[0002] 为贯彻落实总书记习近平关于中央城镇化工作会议精神以及相关讲话,我国今后逐渐大力推进建设自然积存、自然渗透、自然净化的“海绵城市”,加大对水资源的节约利用,保护和改善城市生态环境,促进生态文明建设。雨水已成为城市水污染的主要污染源,水环境的污染物主要由雨水带来。这种污染称为非点源污染(面源污染),相对传统的点源污染而言更难防控。发达国家在20世纪60年代就已开始探索“绿色建筑”或“可持续建筑”的发展战略与技术。我国逐渐重视雨洪控制和利用,建立现代城市雨洪综合控制利用系统已迫在眉睫。
[0003] 我国太湖、滇池等重要湖泊,非点源污染已成为水质恶化的主要原因之一。雨水通过对大气的淋洗、对地面构筑物及地表的冲刷等,携带了大量的植物残渣、重金属以及农药残留等进入地表水体和地下水,由于雨水没有经过前级预处理直接排往管道,阻塞了管道,使得排水不畅,造成城市洪涝灾害,同时,所含有的有害物质严重污染了地下水。
[0004] 目前的地埋式水过滤设备,其电器控制部分处在地下潮湿环境中,电气设备受潮严重,故障率高;现有的过滤装置为增大过滤效率,需要加压设备,加大了设备投入,使得结构复杂、设备体积增大,同样存在频繁维修的缺点,造成使用、维护费用过高,严重影响雨水的大量收集和利用总量。而且,现有过滤设备中的反冲洗装置的管路利用率低,其不合理的结构设计不仅增加了成本,而且使得设备总体的重量、体积也相应增加。

[0005] 本实用新型为了解决上述技术问题,采用了以下技术方案:一种地埋式自提升过滤装置,包括装置腔体和装置腔体中套设的内筒体,内筒体底端固设在装置腔内的底部,所述装置腔体与内筒体两者内切,两者间形成月牙形腔体,所述内筒体下半部布有通孔,所述月牙形腔体的中段或下段位置填充有过滤介质层,所述的内筒体底部设有潜水泵,被过滤介质阻隔污物杂物返回,由挡水板阻挡,挡水板内的抽污泵同时抽吸排出,所述潜水泵的泵出口通过排水管与装置腔体外的用水管路连通;所述的过滤介质层上表面设有固定挡板,所述的固定挡板上布置有抽污泵,所述抽污泵的泵出口通过排污管与装置腔体外的排污管路连通。

[0024] 如图1到3所示的地埋式自提升过滤装置,包括装置腔体I和装置腔体I中套设的内筒体2,内筒体2底端固设在装置腔内的底部,所述装置腔体I与内筒体2两者为内切的筒体结构。装置腔体I与内筒体2之间形成月牙形腔体,所述内筒体2下半部布有通孔5,所述月牙形腔体的底段位置填充有粒径范围0.5-10毫米的活性炭或石英砂,形成过滤介质层3。所述过滤介质层上方的装置腔体I的侧壁布设有通孔5。所述的过滤介质层3上表面设有挡水板4,用于固定过滤介质和下面所述的抽污泵6。所述挡水板4的板边与内筒体2的筒壁以及装置腔体I的内壁均保持一定距离,形成缝隙。雨污水通过所述的缝隙进入到过滤介质层3进行过滤。所述的挡水板4上布置抽污泵6,所述抽污泵6的泵出口通过排污管10与装置腔体I外的污水管网连通,所述抽污泵的泵入口通过挡水板4上开设的通孔5与过滤介质层3连通。所述抽污泵6的泵入口处设有筛网,防止活性炭的流失。
[0025] 所述的内筒体2底部设有潜水泵,包括潜水泵7和反冲洗泵14,所述潜水泵7的排出管包括主管路8和分支管路9,所述主管路8与装置腔体I外的用水管网连通。所述分支管路9的排水口布置在过滤介质层3,所述的分支管路9,其位于过滤介质层3的管段再次形成两个支路并延伸至过滤介质层3的顶部,且所述管段的管体外周开均设有通孔,扩大冲洗范围。所述潜水泵7的主管路8上设有常开电磁阀12,所述潜水泵7的分支管路9上设有常闭电磁阀11,所述的常开电磁阀12以及常闭电磁阀11通过连接线线路与装置腔体I外设的控制器连接。通过反向清洗管路对过滤介质层3定期清洗,被过滤介质阻隔污物杂物返回,由挡水板阻挡,挡水板内的抽污泵同时抽吸排出,减少杂物阻塞,从而延长了过滤介质的使用寿命。所述装置腔体I的顶部还设有清洁口 13,便于人工清洁维护。
[0026] 具体使用时,雨污水经装置腔体I侧壁上的通孔5流入月牙形腔体,并通过过滤介质层3过滤后经内筒体2上的通孔5进入内筒。随着内筒中水量的增加,达到淹没潜水泵的高度即可控制常开电磁阀12打开,常闭电磁阀11关闭,同时潜水泵7启动将过滤后的清水通过排出管的主管路8输送至用水管路。实际使用中,控制环形腔内的雨污水的液位高度始终高于内筒体2中清水的液位高度,所产生的压力差使得过滤效率始终保持在较高的范围。过滤设备使用一段时间后,对设备中的过滤介质层3进行反向冲洗,清理过滤介质层3中阻塞的杂质,延长活性炭的使用寿命。具体操作时,控制器操控常开电磁阀12关闭,同时控制常闭电磁阀11打开,潜水泵7和反冲洗泵14同时启动,主管路8中的清水改变路径通过分支管路9流向过滤介质层3,通过布置在过滤介质层3中的管路对活性炭各部位进行冲洗。当月牙形腔体中反冲洗产生的污水达到一定高度,被过滤介质阻隔污物杂物返回,由挡水板阻挡,挡水板内的抽污泵同时抽吸排出,启动抽污泵6,将污水抽排至装置腔体I外的污水管网。为取得较好的冲洗效果,本实例中增加了反冲洗泵14,内筒体2内仅布设单独的潜水泵7亦可实现冲洗操作。

1.一种地埋式自提升过滤装置,包括装置腔体和装置腔体中套设的内筒体,内筒体底端固设在装置腔内的底部,其特征在于:所述装置腔体与内筒体两者内切,两者间形成月牙形腔体,所述内筒体下半部布有通孔,所述月牙形腔体的中段或下段位置填充有过滤介质层,所述的内筒体底部设有潜水泵,所述潜水泵的泵出口通过排水管与装置腔体外的用水管路连通;所述的过滤介质层上表面设有固定挡板,所述的固定挡板上布置有抽污泵,所述抽污泵的泵出口通过排污管与装置腔体外的排污管路连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的地埋式自提升过滤装置,其特征在于:所述潜水泵的排出管包括主管路和分支管路,所述分支管路的排水口布置在过滤介质层中,所述主管路与装置腔体外的用水管路连通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的地埋式自提升过滤装置,其特征在于:所述潜水泵的主管路上设有常开电磁阀,所述的分支管路上设有常闭电磁阀,所述的常开电磁阀以及常闭电磁阀通过连接线线路与装置腔体外设的控制器连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的地埋式自提升过滤装置,其特征在于:所述固定挡板为挡水板,所述挡水板的板边与内筒体筒壁以及装置腔体的内壁均保持一定距离,所述抽污泵的泵入口通过挡水板上开设的通孔与过滤介质层连通。
5.根据权利要求2所述的地埋式自提升过滤装置,其特征在于:所述的分支管路,其位于过滤介质层的管段的管体外周开设有通孔。
6.根据权利要求1所述的地埋式自提升过滤装置,其特征在于:所述过滤介质层上方的装置腔体侧壁布设有通孔。
7.根据权利要求1所述的地埋式自提升过滤装置,其特征在于:所述的过滤介质为砂或活性炭,且粒径在0.5-10毫米。
