[0002] 雨水已成为城市水污染的主要污染源,水环境的污染物主要由雨水带来。这种污染称为非点源污染(面源污染),相对传统的点源污染而言更难防控。发达国家在20世纪60年代就已开始探索“绿色建筑”或“可持续建筑”的发展战略与技术。英国BREEAM,即英国建筑研宄院环境评估方法,其主要包括节水(雨水回用)、水质控制(径流污染)和水量控制(径流、洪涝)内容。我国逐渐重视雨洪控制和利用,建立现代城市雨洪综合控制利用系统已迫在眉睫。
[0003] 我国太湖、滇池等重要湖泊,非点源污染已成为水质恶化的主要原因之一,雨水径流污染已逐渐引起人们的重视。同时,我国雨水管道设计容量较为落后,管道长期积淤造成管道阻塞,而且雨水没有经过前级预处理直接排往管道,阻塞了管道,使得排水不畅,造成城市洪涝灾害,同时,所含有的有害物质严重污染了地下水。目前,市场上急需此类污水处理设备,能够集漂浮物、泥沙与雨水分离,雨水过滤,雨水收集于一体,从而减少城市洪涝灾害的发生和雨水污染对水环境的影响。但现有技术中的此类设备,存在结构不合理,过滤效率低,且过滤介质层很难清洗等诸多问题。
实用新型内容
[0004] 本实用新型为了解决上述技术问题,提供了一种重力弃流过滤装置,解决了雨水中漂浮物和泥沙造成的管道阻塞问题,而且沉淀后的泥沙能及时排出,无需动力抽污,同时,收集储存前对雨水中的有害物质做了过滤吸附处理,过滤装置合理的设计解决了管道阻塞、雨水过滤收集问题的同时,提高了过滤效率,而且具有节能,寿命长,使用方便的特点。为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了以下技术方案:一种重力弃流过滤装置,包括装置腔体和其上设置的进水口、出水口、溢流口,所述的装置腔体中套设内筒体,所述内筒体下半部布有通孔,内筒体底端固设在装置腔内的底部,装置腔体与内筒体之间形成环形腔体,所述环形腔体中段位置填充有过滤介质层,流入沉淀腔内的雨污水经通孔流入环形腔体,并通过过滤介质层过滤后经排水管排出;所述装置腔体的底部还设有与外部相连通的弃流管。
[0005] 所述装置腔体与内筒体两者为同心圆筒体结构,所述进水口处设有的进水管穿过筒侧壁并向筒底部延伸,所述的溢流口高于出水口。
[0006] 所述弃流管上设有的电动阀门通过电缆与装置腔体外部设有的时间继电器相连接,所述沉淀腔内设有浮球开关,浮球开关接入时间继电器与电动阀门的线路中。
[0007] 所述的装置腔体内设有反冲洗泵、反冲洗管道和反冲洗喷嘴,所述的反冲洗喷嘴均匀布置在过滤介质层的顶部,且反冲洗喷嘴的喷口竖直向下。
[0008] 所述装置腔体的外部还设有收集池,所述出水口处设有的排水管,将过滤腔与收集池相连通。
[0009] 所述装置腔体的顶部井口处设有井盖。
[0010] 所述的过滤介质为砂或活性炭,且粒径在0.5-10毫米。

[0012] (I)本实用新型集漂浮物、泥沙分离排放,雨水有害物质过滤吸附和雨水收集于一体,解决了管道阻塞、雨水过滤收集问题,减少了污水中有害物质对水环境的影响;
[0013] (2)本实用新型在使用一段时间后,沉淀在装置底部的泥沙通过进水管后续雨水的冲洗能及时排出,无需动力抽污,节能高效;同时,通过所述弃流管上设有的电动阀门、时间继电器、浮球开关的配合,使得弃流和排污的操作更加方便;
[0014] (3)本实用新型中流入沉淀腔内的雨污水经通孔流入环形腔体,并通过滤介质层过滤后经排水管排出,在收集储存前对雨水中的有害物质做了过滤吸附处理,减少了有害物质进入径流,减轻了环境污染的压力,其中环形腔体与布设的通孔配合,增大了过滤面积,提尚了过滤效率;
[0015] (4)本实用新型在过滤介质层设有的反冲洗装置,对过滤介质层定期反向清洗,减少了阻塞在过滤介质中的杂物,提高了装置的使用寿命。

具体实施方式

[0022] 如图1到3所示的重力弃流过滤装置,所述的装置腔体I中套设沉淀池3,所述沉淀池3侧壁的下半部布设有通孔10。沉淀池3底端固设在装置腔内的底部,装置腔体I与沉淀池3之间形成环形腔体7,所述环形腔体7的中段位置填充有粒径范围0.5-10毫米的活性炭。流入沉淀池3内的雨污水经通孔10流入环形腔体7,并通过过滤介质层4过滤后经排水管5排出。所述装置腔体I的底部还设有与外部污水管网相连通的弃流管13。所述装置腔体I的外部还设有收集池6,所述排水管5将环形腔体7与收集池6相连通。图中所示的进水管2穿过沉淀池3侧壁并向池底延伸,溢流管9将沉淀池3和装置外部的下一级雨水井连通,从而使得溢出的雨水排往下一级,避免水位过高淹没过滤装置。所述的溢流口高于出水口,这种布置既保证了沉淀池3中的污水能够利用压力差提供的动力经过滤后进入收集池6,又避免了污水未经处理就溢出装置。所述弃流管13上设有的电动阀门8通过电缆与装置腔体I外部设有的时间继电器12相连接,所述的沉淀池3内设有浮球开关11,浮球开关11接入时间继电器12与电动阀门8的线路中,联动控制电动阀门8的大小,进而控制雨水初期的弃流量或对沉淀后的泥沙及时清理后通过弃流管13排往污水管网。所述的沉淀池3内设有反冲洗泵16,反冲洗喷嘴18均匀布置在过滤介质层4的顶部,且反冲洗喷嘴18的喷口竖直向下,两者通过反冲洗管道17连通。通过反向清洗装置对过滤介质定期清洗,减少杂物阻塞活性炭,从而延长了过滤介质的使用寿命。所述装置腔体I的顶部还设有清洁口 14,所述的清洁口 14处设有井盖15,便于人工清洁维护。所述装置腔体I的底部还设有装置底座19,便于过滤装置的安装固定。

Claims (7)
1.一种重力弃流过滤装置,包括装置腔体和其上设置的进水口、出水口、溢流口,其特征在于:所述的装置腔体中套设内筒体,所述内筒体下半部布有通孔,内筒体底端固设在装置腔内的底部,装置腔体与内筒体之间形成环形腔体,所述环形腔体中段位置填充有过滤介质层,流入沉淀腔内的雨污水经通孔流入环形腔体,并通过过滤介质层过滤后经排水管排出;所述装置腔体的底部还设有与外部相连通的弃流管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的重力弃流过滤装置,其特征在于:所述装置腔体与内筒体两者为同心圆筒体结构,所述进水口处设有的进水管穿过筒侧壁并向筒底部延伸,所述的溢流口高于出水口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的重力弃流过滤装置,其特征在于:所述弃流管上设有的电动阀门通过电缆与装置腔体外部设有的时间继电器相连接,所述沉淀腔内设有浮球开关,浮球开关接入时间继电器与电动阀门的线路中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的重力弃流过滤装置,其特征在于:所述的装置腔体内设有反冲洗泵、反冲洗管道和反冲洗喷嘴,所述的反冲洗喷嘴均匀布置在过滤介质层的顶部,且反冲洗喷嘴的喷口竖直向下。
5.根据权利要求1所述的重力弃流过滤装置,其特征在于:所述装置腔体的外部还设有收集池,所述出水口处设有的排水管,将过滤腔与收集池相连通。
6.根据权利要求1所述的重力弃流过滤装置,其特征在于:所述装置腔体的顶部井口处设有井盖。
7.根据权利要求1所述的重力弃流过滤装置,其特征在于:所述的过滤介质为砂或活性炭,且粒径在0.5-10毫米。
