[0004] 雨水落入地表就成了污水,入河排污超标的问题依然时有发生,C0D、氨氮等污染物总量仍然居高不下,污染物减排任务日趋严峻。在发达国家,点源污染基本得到控制,雨水径流带来的非点源污染已成为水体污染的主要因素。雨水径流中的污染物主要来自土地表面、降水和排水系统。雨水水质虽然较好,但在降水过程中,雨水通过对大气的淋洗、地面构筑物及地表的冲刷等,携带了大量的污染物进入地表水体和地下水,从而造成了水环境污染。我国太湖、滇池等重要湖泊,非点源污染已成为水质恶化的主要原因之一。雨污分离设备较少,且此类雨水处理设备技术不够成熟。为减少径流污染对水环境的影响,随着城市点源治理工作的完善,迫切需要此类设备。

[0022] 如图1所示,本发明包括前级沉淀腔2和后级沉淀腔5。前级沉淀腔2上端连接雨污水的进水口 1,后级沉淀腔5的一侧设排水口 8。前级沉淀腔2和后级沉淀腔5之间设过滤墙3分隔开,且后级沉淀腔的底面高于前级沉淀腔。过滤墙3采用过滤介质4构成。过滤介质为粗砂、砾石或活性炭。前级沉淀腔底部设有带单向阀11的排污口 10。后级沉淀腔5的底部上方设导流板14。过滤墙3与导流板14之间设百叶窗式导向板6和集污篮7。百叶窗式导向板6斜置,其一端固接在过滤墙3的上端,另一端与集污篮7连接。百叶窗式导向板6的每一叶板呈弧面状,便于漂浮物滑落。集污篮7置于导流板14上(导流板14不仅起导流作用,还作为集污篮7的托架),集污篮7可固定设置于导流板14上,也可活动连接于导流板14上。后级沉淀腔5上部设溢流孔13、液位报警探头9和储药罐12。如长时间不清除集污篮中的漂浮物,会造成水流不畅使腔内水位上涨,当水位到达液位报警探头9的位置(此位置为水位极限位置),液位报警探头9则发信号传送至维护终端。同时雨污水会从溢流孔13溢出,此时必须及时清理漂浮物,保证水流通畅。为了防止其他杂物进入前级沉淀腔和后级沉淀腔,在其上口设盖板15。
[0023] 当较小流量的雨污水经进水口 I流入前级沉淀腔2时,前级沉淀腔因设有过滤墙3阻挡,雨污水经过过滤墙中的过滤介质4过滤后进入后级沉淀腔5,并经排水口 8进入雨水管网或收集池16。
[0024] 当雨污水流量增大时,大量雨污水经进水口 I流入前级沉淀腔2,若过滤墙3过滤的水流量低于进入的雨污水流量时,使前级沉淀腔的水位上涨并翻过过滤墙3,并经百叶窗式导向板6流向集污篮7进入后级沉淀腔,较大漂浮物被拦截在网格式的集污篮7中,雨污水经导流板8阻挡流向排水口 8排出。此时,前级沉淀腔底部所设的排污口 10和单向阀11,由于水位上涨使腔内压强增大,其压力克服弹簧胀力,将沉淀池内的泥沙及杂物排往污水管道(或也可由抽污车抽吸排出)。储药罐12用于对水质进行化学处理。如集污篮中的漂浮物长时间不清除,造成水流不畅水位上涨至极限位置,上端所设的水位报警器探头9发出信号传送至维护终端以通知相关人员及时清理漂浮物,保证水流通畅。储药罐12中的药物,可对不同水质进行深化处理。
[0025] 本发明彻底解决了雨水污染物中的漂浮物和泥沙彻底分离问题,并对雨污水水质进行初步净化处理。本发明是集漂浮物、泥沙分离排放和雨污水水质过滤、加药絮凝消毒为一体的设备,经其处理后的水再流入收集池16 (或称蜂窝状收集池)进一步沉淀和净化,如图2所示。本发明用作收集池的前级处理,可有效减少径流污染对水环境的影响,又能够保持城市市政管网排水通畅。随着城市点源治理工作的完善,此类设备的功能和实用性将日益显现。

Claims (5)
1.一种雨污水漂浮物及泥沙分离处理一体机,包括前级沉淀腔和后级沉淀腔,所述前级沉淀腔上端连接雨污水的进水口,所述后级沉淀腔的一侧设排水口,所述前级沉淀腔和后级沉淀腔之间设过滤墙分隔开,且后级沉淀腔的底面高于前级沉淀腔;所述前级沉淀腔底部设有带单向阀的排污口 ;其特征在于:所述后级沉淀腔的底部上方设导流板,所述过滤墙与导流板之间设百叶窗式导向板和集污篮;所述百叶窗式导向板斜置,其一端固接在所述过滤墙的上端,另一端与集污篮连接,所述集污篮设置于导流板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的雨污水漂浮物及泥沙分离处理一体机,其特征在于:所述过滤墙采用过滤介质构成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的雨污水漂浮物及泥沙分离处理一体机,其特征在于:所述过滤介质为粗砂或活性炭。
4.根据权利要求1所述的雨污水漂浮物及泥沙分离处理一体机,其特征在于:所述后级沉淀腔上部设溢流孔、液位报警探头和储药罐。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的雨污水漂浮物及泥沙分离处理一体机,其特征在于:所述前级沉淀腔和后级沉淀腔上口设盖板。
