Abstract

一种承载架,包含一基座及二承接座。该等承接座分别包括一枢接于该基座并朝下延伸的承接座体,每一承接座体具有一枢接于该基座的枢接端部,及一相反于该枢接端部的接角端部。藉由该等枢接端部可分别相对该基座枢转的设置,以调整该等接角端部彼此的间距,而可供各种不同宽度的物品放置。

技术领域
本实用新型是有关于一种置物装置,特别是指一种承载架。
背景技术
参阅图1,参考中国台湾专利第M421573的一种承载架,包含一本体11、二由该本体11朝下并分别朝左右延伸的承接杆12,及一穿设于该本体11并朝上延伸的夹固座13。先将一物品14设置于该等承接杆12,再压下位于上方的夹固座13,就可将该物品14固定于该承载架。
然而,由于该承接杆12是固设于该本体11,无法适当调整该等承接杆12的间距,因此只能用于放置呈平板状且宽度固定的物品(如:书、乐谱、平板计算机等),当该物品14的宽度改变就无法适用于该承载架。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的,即在提供一种可调整宽度并供多种不同规格物品放置的承载架。
本实用新型承载架,包含一基座及二承接座。
该等承接座分别包括一枢接于该基座并朝下延伸的承接座体,每一承接座体具有一枢接于该基座的枢接端部,及一相反于该枢接端部的接角端部,该等枢接端部可分别相对该基座枢转,以调整该等接角端部彼此的间距。
其中,该承接座还包括二彼此啮合且分别设置于该承接座体的齿部,使该等承接座体可同步枢转。
其中,该等齿部的外形实质上呈弧形,该等齿部彼此沿弧形的切线啮合。
还包含一设置于该基座的并用以定位该等齿部的第一定位件。
其中,每一承接座的每一齿部具有一可被该第一定位件顶抵的齿部面。
其中,该基座包括一遮蔽该等齿部的背盖,该背盖具有一供该第一定位件设置的背盖体,及一设置于该背盖体的制动件,该制动件具有一连接该背盖体的连接端部,及一相反于该连接端部且可被该第一定位件顶抵的制动端部,当该第一定位件顶抵该制动端部时,该制动端部顶抵该至少其中一齿部的齿部面,使该等齿部被固定。
其中,该第一定位件包括一枢设于该基座的背盖的枢转部、一由该枢转部延伸且可顶抵该制动件的制动端部的凸块部,及一相反于该凸块部的拉柄部,该第一定位件可相对该背盖在一锁固位置及一非锁固位置间转动,在该锁固位置时,该凸块部顶抵该制动端部,在该非锁固位置时,该凸块与该制动端部相间隔。
其中,该齿部面具有复数止滑槽,以增加该制动端部及该齿部面之间的固定力。
其中,每一承接座还包括一设置于各别的承接座体的接角端部的承载角件。
其中,每一承接座体还具有形成于该接角端部的一阶梯滑槽及一枢转槽,每一承载角件具有一角件本体、一形成于该角件本体且滑设于各别的阶梯滑槽的限位柱,及一形成于该角件本体且枢设于该枢转槽的枢转柱,使得该等角件本体可相对于各别的承接座体枢转并调整位置。
还包含一穿设于该基座且可相对该基座移动并朝上延伸的夹固座。
本实用新型的功效在于:藉由该等承接座体的枢转端部可相对该基座枢转的设置,能够调整该等接角端部之间的间距,以供各种不同宽度规格的物品放置于该等承接座上。

具体实施方式
参阅图2、图3及图4,本实用新型承载架的实施例包含一基座2、二承接座3、一第一定位件4、一夹固座5、一第二定位件6。
该基座2包括一背盖21,该背盖21具有一供该第一定位件4设置的背盖体211,及一设置于该背盖体211的制动件212,该制动件212具有一连接该背盖体211的连接端部213,及一相反于该连接端部213的制动端部214。
每一承接座3包括一承接座体31、一承载角件32及一齿部33。
该等承接座体31分别枢接于该基座2且朝下并分别朝左、右延伸,每一承接座体31包括一枢接于该基座2的枢接端部311、一相反于该枢接端部311的接角端部312、形成于该接角端部312的一阶梯滑槽313及一枢转槽314。
该等承载角件32分别设置于各别的承接座体31的接角端部312,每一承载角件32包括一角件本体321、一形成于该角件本体321且滑设于各别的阶梯滑槽313的限位柱322,及一形成于该角件本体321且枢设于各别的枢转槽314的枢转柱323。
该等角件本体321能以各别的枢转柱323为轴线相对各别的承接座体31枢转,再藉由各别的限位柱322在各别的阶梯滑槽313内滑移,使得该等角件本体321可自由调整为可支撑并符合承载物的转动角度。
该等齿部33外形实质上呈弧形并分别设置于各别的承接座体31,且彼此沿弧形的切线啮合,每一齿部33具有一可被该背盖21的制动件212的制动端部214顶抵的齿部面331(见图5)。
该等齿部面331分别具有复数止滑槽332,该等止滑槽332可增加制动端部214及该齿部面331的固定力。
该第一定位件4包括一枢设于该背盖21的背盖体211的枢转部41、一由该枢转部41延伸且可顶抵该制动件212的制动端部214的凸块部42,及一由该枢转部41延伸且相反于该凸块部42的拉柄部43。
参阅图4、图5及图6,该第一定位件4可相对该背盖21在一锁固位置及一非锁固位置间转动。
在该锁固位置时,该拉柄部43邻近于该背盖21,该凸块部42顶抵该制动件212的制动端部214,该制动端部214顶抵该等齿部33的齿部面331并嵌入其中一止滑槽332(见图9),以固定该等承接座体31的张角及该等承载角件32的间距宽度。
参阅图6及图7,在该非锁固位置时,该凸块部42与该制动端部214相间隔,该承接座体31可通过该等齿部33的设置而相对该基座2同步枢转,以调整该等承载角件32的间距宽度。
该夹固座5穿设于该基座2,且可相对该基座2移动并由该基座2朝上延伸,而可如图7所示,调整该夹固座5的延伸长度以符合承载物的高度。
该第二定位件6结构及用法类似该第一定位件4,差别仅在于用以定位该夹固座5,故在此不多赘述。
本实施例的操作说明如下:
一、参阅图5及图6,将该第一、第二定位件4、6分别调整至该非锁固位置,使该承接座体31及该夹固座5相对该基座2呈一活动状态。
二、参阅图7及图8,调整该等承载角件32的转角及该承接座体31的张角至合适位置后,放置一平板计算机7于该等承接座3,将该第一定位件4调整至该锁固位置(见图9),以固定该等承接座3。
三、将该夹固座5压下至符合该平板计算机7的高度以夹固该平板计算机7,并锁上该第二定位件6。
如此,就能够将该平板计算机7设置于该承载架,并供使用者方便阅读及使用该平板计算机7。
参阅图7及图8,由于本实用新型承载架可藉由该等承接座体31的张角,及该等承载角件32的转角来调整该等承接座3的间距,因此能适用多种宽度规格的物品,在本实施例中,是以该平板计算机7为例,可以理解的是,由于该等承接座体31的可相对该基座2同步枢转,且该夹固座5可相对该基座2调整延伸长度,因此,只要是外形呈平板状、片状的物品,如:书本、乐谱皆可适用于本实用新型承载架。
综上所述,本实用新型承载架可调整承载宽度,并供多种不同规格物品放置,故确实能达成本实用新型的目的。

Claims (11)

1.一种承载架,其特征在于,包含:
一基座;及
二承接座,分别包括一枢接于该基座并朝下延伸的承接座体,每一承接座体具有一枢接于该基座的枢接端部,及一相反于该枢接端部的接角端部,该枢接端部可分别相对该基座枢转,以调整该接角端部彼此的间距。
2.如权利要求1所述的承载架,其特征在于,其中,该承接座还包括二彼此啮合且分别设置于该承接座体的齿部,使该承接座体可同步枢转。
3.如权利要求2所述的承载架,其特征在于,其中,该齿部的外形实质上呈弧形,该齿部彼此沿弧形的切线啮合。
4.如权利要求2所述的承载架,其特征在于,还包含一设置于该基座的并用以定位该齿部的第一定位件。
5.如权利要求4所述的承载架,其特征在于,其中,每一承接座的每一齿部具有一可被该第一定位件顶抵的齿部面。
6.如权利要求5所述的承载架,其特征在于,其中,该基座包括一遮蔽该齿部的背盖,该背盖具有一供该第一定位件设置的背盖体,及一设置于该背盖体的制动件,该制动件具有一连接该背盖体的连接端部,及一相反于该连接端部且可被该第一定位件顶抵的制动端部,当该第一定位件顶抵该制动端部时,该制动端部顶抵该至少其中一齿部的齿部面,使该齿部被固定。
7.如权利要求6所述的承载架,其特征在于,其中,该第一定位件包括一枢设于该基座的背盖的枢转部、一由该枢转部延伸且可顶抵该制动件的制动端部的凸块部,及一相反于该凸块部的拉柄部,该第一定位件可相对该背盖在一锁固位置及一非锁固位置间转动,在该锁固位置时,该凸块部顶抵该制动端部,在该非锁固位置时,该凸块与该制动端部相间隔。
8.如权利要求7所述的承载架,其特征在于,其中,该齿部面具有复数止滑槽,以增加该制动端部及该齿部面之间的固定力。
9.如权利要求1所述的承载架,其特征在于,其中,每一承接座还包括一设置于各别的承接座体的接角端部的承载角件。
10.如权利要求9所述的承载架,其特征在于,其中,每一承接座体还具有形成于该接角端部的一阶梯滑槽及一枢转槽,每一承载角件具有一角件本体、一形成于该角件本体且滑设于各别的阶梯滑槽的限位柱,及一形成于该角件本体且枢设于该枢转槽的枢转柱,使得该角件本体可相对于各别的承接座体枢转并调整位置。
11.如权利要求1~10任一项所述的承载架,其特征在于,还包含一穿设于该基座且可相对该基座移动并朝上延伸的夹固座。
