本实用新型公开了一种双壁波纹管成型机快速冷却装置,冷却效果好,能大幅度提高成型速度,包括成型机,成型机包括机架、设置在机架内上下对应的无极循环模块链、带动所述无极循环模块链转动的导入轮和导出轮、设在上下对应的无极循环模块链上的模块,所述上下对应的无极循环模块链上的模块相互配合形成模具;还包括设置在成型机模具出口外侧用于冷却模块的风机和设置在成型机上端和下端的用于模块快速冷却的水冷装置。本实用新型结构简单,设计合理,能够有效加速模块的冷却,从而大幅度提高双壁波纹管的生产速度。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及机械设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种双壁波纹管成型机快速冷却装置。
背景技术
双壁波纹管是一种具有环状结构外壁和平滑内壁的新型管材,80年代初在德国首先研制成功。经过十多年的发展和完善,已经由单一的品种发展到完整的产品系列。目前在生产工艺和使用技术上已经十分成熟。由于其优异的性能和相对经济的造价,在欧美等发达国家已经得到了极大的推广和应用。在我国,HDPE双壁波纹管的推广和应用正处在上升势态阶段,各项技术指标均达到使用标准。双壁波纹管作为一种节约能源的新型轻质管材,具有比重小、造价低、耐外压、强度高、使用寿命长及安装方便等优点。目前,双壁波纹管主要用于市政建设的地下排水排污、雨水收集、农田灌溉、工业废水排放等领域。
双壁波纹管生产线主要由挤出机、机头或模具、成型机、冷却机、干燥机、切割机等设备构成,其中,成型机包括机架,在机架内上下对应设置无极循环模块链,无极循环模块链由导入轮和导出轮带动转动,上下两个无极循环模块链上的模块相互配合形成模具。目前对于双壁波纹管的冷却大都采用风冷的方式,一般是在模具上方和下方端安装风机,利用风机对模具吹风进行冷却。这种冷却方式效率低,冷却效果不好,对提高成型速度没有太大的帮助。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种双壁波纹管成型机快速冷却装置,冷却效果好,能大幅度提高成型速度。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:一种双壁波纹管成型机快速冷却装置,包括成型机,成型机包括机架、设置在机架内上下对应的无极循环模块链、带动所述无极循环模块链转动的导入轮和导出轮、设在上下对应的无极循环模块链上的模块,所述上下对应的无极循环模块链上的模块相互配合形成模具;还包括设置在成型机模具具出口外侧用于冷却模块的风机和设置在成型机上端和下端的用于模块快速冷却的水冷装置。
进一步的,所述风机设有左右对称的两个。
进一步的,所述风机通过转动轴连接在固定架上,风机通过转动轴调整风向。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:结构简单,设计合理,能够有效加速模块的冷却,从而大幅度提高双壁波纹管的生产速度。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明:
如图1所示,一种双壁波纹管成型机快速冷却装置,包括成型机,成型机包括机架、设置在机架内上下对应的无极循环模块链、带动所述无极循环模块链转动的导入轮和导出轮、设在上下对应的无极循环模块链上的模块1,所述上下对应的无极循环模块链上的模块1相互配合形成模具;其特征在于:还包括设置在成型机模具具出口外侧用于冷却模块1的风机2和设置在成型机上端和下端的用于模块1快速冷却的水冷装置3。
风机2设有左右对称的两个,风机2通过转动轴4连接在固定架5上,通过转动轴4的转动调整风机2的风向。
水冷装置3为热传导式水冷装置,通过水冷装置3的制冷外壁与模块1的外侧接触进行热量传递,使模块1冷却。水冷装置3设有对称分布的一对,分别设在成型机的上端和下端,用于上下对应的无极循环模块链上的模块1的冷却,且一对水冷装置公用同一个进水管。

1.一种双壁波纹管成型机快速冷却装置,包括成型机,成型机包括机架、设置在机架内上下对应的无极循环模块链、带动所述无极循环模块链转动的导入轮和导出轮、设在上下对应的无极循环模块链上的模块(1),所述上下对应的无极循环模块链上的模块(1)相互配合形成模具;其特征在于:还包括设置在成型机模具具出口外侧用于冷却模块(1)的风机(2)和设置在成型机上端和下端的用于模块(1)快速冷却的水冷装置(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双壁波纹管成型机快速冷却装置,其特征在于:所述风机(2)设有左右对称的两个。
