Abstract

本发明公开了一种粉皮冷却输送机构，包括：底座（1）、导流水槽（2）和风机（3），导流水槽（2）蜿蜒固定在底座（1）上；所述导流水槽（2）上固定有风机固定架（4），所述风机（3）设置在风机固定架（4）上，且风机（3）的出风口对应着导流水槽（2）。通过上述方式，本发明能够在输送粉皮的同时对粉皮进行冷却，提高了粉皮冷却效率，而且本输送线结构简单，占地面积小，成本低。

本发明涉及粉皮加工设备领域，特别是涉及一种粉皮冷却输送机构。
背景技术
    在粉皮制作过程中，需要对粉皮进行冷却定形，传统的方法是将粉皮连通模具盘放入水中冷却，但冷却时间长，影响加工效率。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种粉皮冷却输送机构，能够同时对粉皮上下两面进行冷却，提高了粉皮冷却效率。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种粉皮冷却输送机构，包括：底座、导流水槽和风机，导流水槽蜿蜒固定在底座上；所述导流水槽上固定有风机固定架，所述风机设置在风机固定架上，且风机的出风口对应着导流水槽。
优选的是，所述导流水槽内的转角处设有圆弧形的导向板，相邻的导流水槽之间设有隔板。
优选的是，所述风机固定架设置在所述导流水槽的中心段和转角处，所述导流水槽内灌有冷水，所述风机的出风口朝着水流流动方向。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明能够提高粉皮加工效率。

一种粉皮冷却输送机构，包括：底座1、导流水槽2和风机3，导流水槽2蜿蜒固定在底座1上，在有限的空间内导流水槽2蜿蜒设置能够增长导流水槽2长度，加长冷却时间；所述导流水槽2上固定有风机固定架4，所述风机3设置在风机固定架4上，且风机3的出风口对应着导流水槽2内的水流流动方向，风机的风力不仅能够推动模具盘在水中流动，还能对模具盘内的粉皮上表面进行冷却，提高冷却效率；所述导流水槽2内的转角处设有圆弧形的导向板6，导向板6能使模具盘在导流水槽2内平稳的通过拐角；相邻的导流水槽2之间设有隔板5，隔板5能够将相邻的导流水槽2隔开，防止每条导流水槽2上风机3的风力产生干扰；本粉皮冷却输送机构工作时在导流水槽2内加入冷水，开启风机3，将放有粉皮的模具盘放入导流水槽2中，在风机3的作用下，模具盘沿着导流水槽2蜿蜒流动，在冷水和风吹的双重作用下，粉皮上下两面快速冷却，提高了冷却效率，而且本发明粉皮冷却输送机构结构简单，占地面积小，成本低。

1.一种粉皮冷却输送机构，其特征在于，包括：底座（1）、导流水槽（2）和风机（3），导流水槽（2）蜿蜒固定在底座（1）上；所述导流水槽（2）上固定有风机固定架（4），所述风机（3）设置在风机固定架（4）上，且风机（3）的出风口对应着导流水槽（2）；所述导流水槽（2）内的转角处设有圆弧形的导向板（6），相邻的导流水槽（2）之间设有隔板（5）；所述风机固定架（4）设置在所述导流水槽（2）的中心段和转角处，所述导流水槽（2）内灌有冷水，所述风机（3）的出风口朝着水流流动方向。
