本实用新型涉及PVC塑胶地板生产领域，尤其是公开了一种可对冷却水进行冷却的PVC塑胶地板的水冷却循环装置，它包括冷却槽、冷却水塔、压缩机、喷淋装置；在冷却槽底部设有排水管，排水管与循环水泵连接，循环水泵通过管道与压缩机连接，压缩机通过管道与喷淋装置连接，喷淋装置设置在冷却槽的上方，压缩机通过管道与设置在侧边的冷却水塔连接，该PVC塑胶地板的水冷却循环装置，其通过循环水泵将冷却槽中的抽至压缩机，压缩机在冷却水塔的作用下对循环水泵输送来的水进行冷却，冷却后的水通过喷淋机构对冷却槽上的塑胶地板进行喷淋冷却，实现可持续作业，使冷却水处于25摄氏度左右，可有效的提高PVC塑胶地板的冷却效果，从而提高PVC塑胶地板的质量。

本实用新型涉及PVC塑胶地板生产领域，尤其是一种PVC塑胶地板的水冷却循环装置。
背景技术
现有的PVC塑胶地板生产企业内，对PVC塑胶地板的冷却都采用自然水冷却，而研究证实，对PVC塑胶地板的冷却的水温为25摄氏度左右为效果最佳，但夏天时，自然水的水温会达到30度甚至35度，则会影响PVC塑胶地板的冷却效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种既可对塑胶地板进行冷却，又能对冷却水进行重复利用的PVC塑胶地板的水冷却循环装置。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型所设计的PVC塑胶地板的水冷却循环装置，它包括冷却槽、冷却水塔、压缩机、喷淋装置；在冷却槽底部设有排水管，冷却槽中设有输送带，输送带通过电机带动；排水管与循环水泵连接，循环水泵通过管道与压缩机连接，压缩机通过管道与喷淋装置连接，喷淋装置设置在冷却槽的上方，压缩机通过管道与设置在侧边的冷却水塔连接。
本实用新型所得到的PVC塑胶地板的水冷却循环装置，其通过循环水泵将冷却槽中的抽至压缩机，压缩机在冷却水塔的作用下对循环水泵输送来的水进行冷却，冷却后的水通过喷淋机构对冷却槽上的塑胶地板进行喷淋冷却，实现可持续作业，使冷却水处于25摄氏度左右，可有效的提高PVC塑胶地板的冷却效果，从而提高PVC塑胶地板的质量。

如图1所示，本实施例描述的PVC塑胶地板的水冷却循环装置，它包括冷却槽1、冷却水塔7、压缩机5、喷淋装置6；在冷却槽1底部设有排水管2，冷却槽1中设有输送带8，输送带8通过电机9带动；排水管2与循环水泵3连接，循环水泵3通过管道4与压缩机5连接，压缩机5通过管道4与喷淋装置6连接，喷淋装置6设置在冷却槽1的上方，压缩机5通过管道4与设置在侧边的冷却水塔7连接。
