本实用新型是一种端面定位异型材定形模具,包括有上型板、下型板、左侧型板及右侧型板,上型板、下型板、左侧型板和右侧型板共同拼装组成内部型腔,上型板与左侧型板和右侧型板前端两端面之间均至少开设有一个定位键槽,下型板与左侧型板和右侧型板前端两端面之间均至少开设有一个定位键槽;上型板与左侧型板和右侧型板二者后端两端面之间均至少开设有一个定位键槽,下型板与左侧型板和右侧型板二者后端两端面之间均至少开设有一个定位键槽;所有定位键槽中均配合装有用于定位固定上型板与左侧和右侧型板、下型板与左侧和右侧型板的定位键,每个定位键均通过螺钉紧固连接在定形模具上;本实用新型定位简单方便,精度高,有效降低了加工成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及模具技术领域,尤其是一种端面定位异型材定形模具。
背景技术
异型材定形模具的定位十分重要,传统的定位方式有以下三种:1.圆柱销定位,这种方式钳工工作量大,做上后不能调整型腔尺寸,且占用结合面的有限位置,给模板紧固螺丝的合理排布带来了影响,有时不得不减少螺丝的数量,这就容易造成定形模具的漏气,使其真空度下降。
2.结合面铣槽定位,这种方式可以调整型腔尺寸,但槽的尺寸及形位公差不易保证,加工成本较高。
3.结合面线切割槽定位,这种方式虽然制作方便,但较薄的型板降低了强度,易造成变形及不便于水路的设置,还由于槽占据了很大的黄金位置,给模板紧固螺丝孔排布与加工带来很大的不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对以上三种异型材定型模具定位方式存在的上述问题,提供一种定位精度高、制作方便、成本较低的端面定位异型材定形模具。
本实用新型的具体方案是:一种端面定位异型材定形模具,包括有上型板、下型板、左侧型板及右侧型板,所述上型板、下型板、左侧型板和右侧型板共同拼装组成内部型腔,其特征在于:所述上型板与左侧型板和右侧型板前端两端面之间均至少开设有一个定位键槽,下型板与左侧型板和右侧型板前端两端面之间均至少开设有一个定位键槽;所述上型板与左侧型板和右侧型板二者后端两端面之间均至少开设有一个定位键槽,下型板与左侧型板和右侧型板二者后端两端面之间均至少开设有一个定位键槽;以上所有定位键槽中均配合装有用于定位固定上型板与左侧和右侧型板、下型板与左侧和右侧型板的定位键,每个定位键均通过螺钉紧固连接在定形模具上。
本实用新型采用端面定位的方式,工件在线切割之前,由加工中心在端面加工出定位键槽,然后通过线切割工序一次性装卡,完成型腔及结合面的加工,钳工只需把定位键装入定位键槽内再钻孔攻丝,拧入紧固螺钉即可;本实用新型定位简单方便,定位精度高,有效降低了加工成本。

参见图1、图2,本实用新型是一种端面定位异型材定形模具,包括有上型板1、下型板7、左侧型板8及右侧型板6,所述上型板、下型板、左侧型板和右侧型板共同拼装组成内部型腔2,所述上型板与左侧型板和右侧型板前端两端面之间均至少开设有一个定位键槽3,下型板与左侧型板和右侧型板前端两端面之间均至少开设有一个定位键槽;所述上型板与左侧型板和右侧型板二者后端两端面之间均至少开设有一个定位键槽,下型板与左侧型板和右侧型板二者后端两端面之间均至少开设有一个定位键槽;以上所有定位键槽中均配合装有用于定位固定上型板与左侧和右侧型板、下型板与左侧和右侧型板的定位键4,每个定位键均通过螺钉5紧固连接在定形模具上。
