本实用新型涉及汽车配件生产设备领域,特别涉及一种刹车盘喷漆工装。
背景技术
刹车盘是汽车安全行驶必不可少的重要配件,刹车盘非刹车面的防锈、防腐蚀性能也成为刹车盘性能评价的重要指标。现有技术中刹车盘喷漆工装包括底座,底座上设置支撑杆,支撑杆上设置固定不动的工作平台(如图1所示),刹车盘放置在该平台上,在喷漆过程中容易被冲击而移位甚至掉落,而且在现有技术的刹车盘喷漆工装上为刹车盘喷漆,喷漆时容易导致喷涂不均匀,且费时费力。
实用新型内容
为了弥补以上不足,本实用新型提供了一种可防止刹车盘移动且便于喷漆的刹车盘喷漆工装。
本实用新型的技术方案为:
一种刹车盘喷漆工装,包括底座30、支撑杆20和工作台10,设置在所述底座30上的电机40与减速机50连接,减速机输出轴51竖直设置并与支撑杆20固定连接,且所述支撑杆20与减速机输出轴51同轴;所述支撑杆20上套设第一轴承21和第二轴承22;所述支撑杆20的顶部可拆卸固定连接所述工作台10;所述工作台10呈圆形,且所述工作台10的中心位置设置一圆柱形的中空凸块11,所述中空凸块11的内表面与外表面均设置一层厚度为0.03-0.1的防磨层12。
优选的,所述工作台10通过螺纹与所述支撑杆20的顶部固定连接。螺纹连接方式便于拆卸与安装。
优选的,减速机输出轴51与支撑杆20焊接连接。
优选的,所述防磨层的厚度为0.05-0.08mm。
优选的,所述电机40与减速机50设置于壳体60内。电机40与减速机50外设置壳体,防尘防水,用于保护电机与减速机,以增加其使用寿命。
本实用新型的有益效果为:
本实用新型的刹车盘喷漆工装,电机40通过减速机50带动支撑杆20平稳转动,支撑杆20带动工作台10平稳转动,喷漆时,不必围绕刹车盘转圈操作,喷漆口固定,在工作台转动的过程中完成喷涂,使用方便。
工作台10上设有圆柱形的中空凸块11,该中空凸块11用于放置刹车盘并防止其移位,中空凸块11表面设置防磨层12,该防磨层12用于防止刹车盘在喷漆过程中被磨损,从而保证了产品的合格率。
工作台10的形状呈圆形,且中空凸块11位于工作台10的中心,将刹车盘放置在中空凸块11上,刹车盘的边缘与工作台10的边缘处处等距,喷漆过程中,工作台10旋转,方便控制喷漆口与刹车盘表面各处的距离相等,喷漆均匀。
再者,支撑杆20与工作台10可拆卸连接,方便更换工作台10;由于刹车盘种类较多,可制作多种配套刹车盘的中空凸块11,以适用不同类型的刹车盘。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图2所示,本实用新型的刹车盘喷漆工装,包括底座30,底座30上设置一电机40,电机40与减速机50连接,减速机输出轴51竖直设置。电机40与减速机50均被壳体60所保护。
减速机输出轴51的顶部焊接连接一支撑杆20,支撑杆20与减速机输出轴51同轴设置。为了增加支撑杆20转动时的稳定性,在支撑杆20上套设第一轴承21和第二轴承22,第一轴承21位于支撑杆20的中上部,第二轴承22位于支撑杆20的底部。
支撑杆20的顶部螺纹连接一圆形的工作台10,该圆形的工作台10上固定设置一圆柱形的中空凸块11,工作台10与中空凸块11同轴设置,即,中空凸块11位于工作台10的中心。
如图3所示,该中空凸块11的内表面及外表面均设有防磨层12,防磨层12的厚度为0.03-0.1mm,优选为0.05-0.08mm。
而现有技术中的刹车盘喷漆工装,如图1所示,仅包括底座30、支撑杆20和工作台10,且工作台10与支撑杆20均固定不动,使用不便,且容易导致喷漆不均匀。

1.一种刹车盘喷漆工装,包括底座(30)、支撑杆(20)和工作台(10),其特征在于:设置在所述底座(30)上的电机(40)与减速机(50)连接,减速机输出轴(51)竖直设置并与支撑杆(20)固定连接,且所述支撑杆(20)与减速机输出轴(51)同轴;所述支撑杆(20)上套设第一轴承(21)和第二轴承(22);所述支撑杆(20)的顶部可拆卸固定连接所述工作台(10);所述工作台(10)呈圆形,且所述工作台(10)的中心位置设置一圆柱形的中空凸块(11),所述中空凸块(11)的内表面与外表面均设置一层厚度为0.03-0.1mm的防磨层(12)。
2.如权利要求1所述的刹车盘喷漆工装,其特征在于:所述工作台(10)通过螺纹与所述支撑杆(20)的顶部固定连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的刹车盘喷漆工装,其特征在于:减速机输出轴(51)与支撑杆(20)焊接连接。
