本实用新型涉及一种内张式拆卸装置。
背景技术
换热器是一种在不同温度的两种或两种以上流体间实现物料之间热量传递的节能设备,是使热量由较高的流体传递给温度较低的流体,使流体温度达到流程规定的指标,以满足过程工艺条件的需要,同时也提高能源利用率的主要设备之一。换热器行业涉及暖通、压力容器、中水处理设备等近30多种产业,相互形成产业链条。
换热器上连接许多管道,为了保证密封效果,防止泄漏,通常设有填料密封,使用一段时间以后,填料需要更换,但是,由于填料在连接位置的时间较长,所以要将其取下较难,目前还没有一种快速将填料取出的装置。
实用新型内容
针对上述现有技术存在的缺陷,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能快速将填料取出的内张式拆卸装置。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:
内张式拆卸装置,包括手柄轴、圆柱螺母、弹簧夹头和夹头外套,所述手柄轴上部设有螺纹段,手柄轴下端带锥度,所述弹簧夹头套设在手柄轴上,夹头外套套设在弹簧夹头外,弹簧夹头下端与手柄轴下端齐平,且下端的外表面设有滚齿,弹簧夹头上设有轴肩,夹头外套内设有台肩,所述轴肩与台肩相抵,所述夹头外套上设有外螺纹,所述圆柱螺母上部与手柄轴上的螺纹段螺纹连接,下部与夹头外套螺纹连接。
采用上述技术方案时,首先将弹簧夹头一端插入待取出的填料中,一手握住圆柱螺母,然后转动手柄轴,圆柱螺母上部与手柄轴上的螺纹段螺纹连接,所以手柄轴沿其轴向移动,由于手柄轴下端带锥度,所以在手柄轴向外挤压弹簧夹头,并将弹簧夹头向外撑开,弹簧夹头下端的外表面设有滚齿,弹簧夹头向外撑开后,外表面的滚齿将填料咬合住,然后向外拉动手柄轴,就能将填料取出。本实用新型将弹簧夹头一端插入填料中之后,转动手柄轴,随后就能快速将填料取出,取出填料的方法快速、简单。
进一步,所述手柄轴上端设有T形手柄。通过T形手柄转动手柄轴,转动过程更省力。
进一步,所述圆柱螺母上开设有注油孔。向注油孔中注入润滑油,这样就能润滑圆柱螺母与手柄轴之间、圆柱螺母和夹头外套之间,使转动手柄轴更轻松。
进一步,所述手柄轴下端的锥度为1:10~1:15。上述范围的锥度较小,这样在转动手柄轴的过程中,能缓慢地挤压弹簧夹头,转动手柄轴过程比较省力。

如图1所示,一种内张式拆卸装置,包括手柄轴1、圆柱螺母3、弹簧夹头5和夹头外套6,手柄轴1上部设有螺纹段2,手柄轴1下端带锥度,弹簧夹头5套设在手柄轴1上,夹头外套6套设在弹簧夹头5外,弹簧夹头5下端与手柄轴1下端齐平,且下端的外表面设有滚齿7,弹簧夹头5上设有轴肩4,夹头外套6内设有台肩,轴肩4与台肩相抵,夹头外套6上设有外螺纹,圆柱螺母3上部与手柄轴1上的螺纹段2螺纹连接,下部与夹头外套6螺纹连接。
本实施例中,手柄轴1上端设有T形手柄10。通过T形手柄10转动手柄轴1,转动过程更省力。
圆柱螺母3上开设有注油孔9。向注油孔9中注入润滑油,这样就能润滑圆柱螺母3与手柄轴1之间、圆柱螺母3和夹头外套6之间,使转动手柄轴1更轻松。
手柄轴1下端的锥度为1:10。上述锥度较小,这样在转动手柄轴1的过程中,能缓慢地挤压弹簧夹头5,转动手柄轴1过程比较省力。
具体工作原理:
首先将弹簧夹头5一端插入待取出的填料8中,一手握住圆柱螺母3,然后通过T形手柄10转动手柄轴1,圆柱螺母3上部与手柄轴1上的螺纹段2螺纹连接,所以手柄轴1沿其轴向移动,由于手柄轴1下端带锥度,所以在手柄轴1向外挤压弹簧夹头5,并将弹簧夹头5向外撑开,弹簧夹头5下端的外表面设有滚齿7,弹簧夹头5向外撑开后,外表面的滚齿7将填料8咬合住,然后向外拉动手柄轴1,就能将填料8取出。
