一种药剂管道混合器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及油田污水处理技术领域，尤其是指一种静态药剂管道混合器。
背景技术
市场上给油田污水处理药剂混凝部分提供的多数都是静态管道混合器，静态混合器是国外70年代初发展起来的一种新型混合设备。它是一种没有运动部件,但具有独特性能的搅拌混合机构。它依靠设备的特殊结构(加有螺旋片的静态结构)和流体的运动,使互不相溶的液体各自分散,彼此混合起来达到良好的混合效果。流体通过静态混合器时,混合元件使物流时而左旋,时而右旋,不断改变流动的方向,不但将中心的液流推向周边,而且将周边的流体推向中心,从而获得良好的径向混合效果,管内无死区亦不发生短路现象。与此同时,在相邻元件连接处的界面上流体亦会发生自旋。这种完善的径向环流混合作用,使流体在管子横截面上的温度梯度、速度梯度和质量梯度明显降低,从而获得良好的两相流体的混合效果。
但此结构要求的条件一个是流速用于液体混合时，静态混合器的流体流动速率一般设计为0.5-1.5m/s。而目前出现的工况是，油田含油污水经初步分离后，在3-5M左右的静压头下自流，在自流管道上增加了加药管道，与来水混合后进入下一级在药剂作用下加速再沉降、分离。管道的流体流动速度会明显的增加，甚至达到7.235m/s，所以远远大于最佳混合流速。
现在所使用混合器存在的问题：(1)因现场流程运行情况，使管道内流体流动速度远远大于最佳混合流速，造成药剂混合效果差，混合不充分。
(2)药剂混合效果差会造成药剂浪费，产生药剂残留，对水环境造成二次污染。
(3)药剂不能充分利用会造成水质波动，不能达到水质稳定达标的目的，会导致水环境受到污染。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有的工况中当管道的流体流动速度增加时，造成药剂混合效果差、沉降效率低，浪费了大量的药剂的技术现状，本实用新型的技术方案设置了一种新型的静态管道混合器，其主要是在管道上增加了鼓泡式混合器，鼓泡式混合器内设置有药剂雾化装置，此雾化装置与来水垂直混合。同时因药剂雾化后在混合过程中有鼓泡作用，起到了横向搅拌的作用。
为了实现上述功能，本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为：一种药剂管道混合器，包括设置在管道上的鼓泡式混合器，所述鼓泡式混合器内设置有中间隔板，中间隔板近来水一端设置有药剂雾化装置，药剂雾化装置与管道水平方向垂直固定。
优选的，所述药剂雾化装置底部设置有药剂进口；
优选的，在所述鼓泡式混合器上设置有排气口，排气口处设置有排气阀；
本技术方案的有益技术效果为：
此雾化装置充分利用加药单元送来的药剂余压，与来水垂直混合，药剂出管后余压至少为2.0MPA，也就是说雾化后流整在20M/S以上，雾化后药剂向上方流动，将速度能传递给来水，同时药剂雾化有一个气化-液化过程，这个过程像个内部搅拌机一样，雾化后的微小液滴带动来水向上方流动，再经过折流后混合效果更好。经过新型药剂管道混合器后，药剂可充分混合，药剂得到充分利用，避免药剂浪费；药剂充分利用后保障了水质稳定达标，为环保做出了一定的贡献。

具体实施方式

参照图1，一种药剂管道混合器，包括设置在管道9上的鼓泡式混合器8，所述鼓泡式混合器8内设置有中间隔板5，中间隔板5近来水一端设置有药剂雾化装置4，药剂雾化装置4与管道9水平方向垂直固定。
其工作原理是，当污水从进水口1经管道9流至鼓泡式混合器8时，鼓泡式混合器8里设置的药剂雾化装置4利用药剂余压将药剂进行雾化，此雾化装置与来水垂直混合，药剂出管后余压至少为2.0MPA，也就是说雾化后流整在20M/S以上，雾化后药剂向上方流动，将速度能传递给来水，所以来水非但不会造成来水压降，还对水流有一定促进作用。同时因药剂雾化后在混合过程中有鼓泡作用，起到了横向搅拌的作用，我们在鼓泡式混合器8，设计时又增加了一组导流板10，使两种液体再次充分混合，从而达到药剂充分混合，使药剂得到合理利用；这样即节省药剂资源，又能保证水质稳定达标，避免水环境受到污染。

1.一种药剂管道混合器，包括设置在管道上的鼓泡式混合器，所述鼓泡式混合器内设置有中间隔板，中间隔板近来水一端设置有药剂雾化装置，药剂雾化装置与管道水平方向垂直固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种药剂管道混合器，其特征在于，所述药剂雾化装置底部设置有药剂进口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种药剂管道混合器，其特征在于，在所述鼓泡式混合器上设置有排气口，排气口处设置有排气阀。
