一种集液装置，属于井口液体回收作业领域。所要解决的技术问题是，减少井口作业时原油溢出带来的环境问题和经济损失。解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：所述的集液装置由分液扇、集液池a、集液池b、格栅、导流槽、U型锁紧槽组成；集液装置的分液扇通过密封垫及锁紧环固定在表层套管头位置，锁紧；集液池a和集液池b对接在表层套管头外端，U型锁紧槽将集液池a和集液池b固定锁紧，格栅覆盖在集液池a和集液池b对应上面位置，导流槽与集液池a和集液池b的排液口连接固定。本实用新型的有益效果是:该集液装置装卸方便、简单，回收效果好，易清洗，在回收原油的过程中不影响工人的正常工作，工人可以踩在装置的格栅上进行工作。

背景技术
目前，在油井井口作业时，井内原油会溢流，直接留到地面，造成环境污染和原油的浪费，为避免环境污染和原油浪费带来的经济损失，因而设计了一种将原油回收的集液装置。
发明内容
为了减少井口作业时原油溢出带来的环境问题和经济损失，设计了一种将原油回收的集液装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：所述的集液装置由分液扇、集液池a、集液池b、格栅、导流槽、U型锁紧槽组成；集液装置的分液扇通过密封垫及锁紧环固定在表层套管头位置，锁紧；集液池a和集液池b对接在表层套管头外端，U型锁紧槽将集液池a和集液池b固定锁紧，格栅覆盖在集液池a和集液池b对应上面位置，导流槽与集液池a和集液池b的排液口连接固定。
本实用新型的有益效果是:该集液装置装卸方便、简单，回收效果好，易清洗，在回收原油的过程中不影响工人的正常工作，工人可以踩在装置的格栅上进行工作。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明：如图1、2所示，集液装置由分液扇1、集液池a2、集液池b3、格栅4、导流槽5、U型锁紧槽8组成；集液装置的分液扇1通过密封垫及锁紧环固定在表层套管7头位置，锁紧；集液池a2和集液池b3对接在表层套管7外端，U型锁紧槽8将集液池a2和集液池b3固定锁紧，格栅4覆盖在集液池a2和集液池b3对应上面位置，在回收原油的过程中不影响工人的正常工作，操作人员可以踩在格栅4上进行作业，导流槽5与集液池a2和集液池b3的排液口6连接固定。
当井口作业时有原油溢出时，此集液装置可将溢出的原油回收，避免了环境污染和原油浪费带来的经济损失，此装置最大特点是装卸方便、简单，回收效果良好，易清洗。

1.一种集液装置，由分液扇(1)、集液池a (2)、集液池b (3)、格栅(4)、导流槽(5)、U型锁紧槽(8)组成；集液装置的分液扇(1)通过密封垫及锁紧环固定在表层套管(7)头位置，锁紧；集液池a(2)和集液池b(3)对接在表层套管(7)头外端，U型锁紧槽(8)将集液池a(2)和集液池b(3)固定锁紧，格栅(4)覆盖在集液池a(2)和集液池b(3)对应上面位置，导流槽(5)与集液池a(2)和集液池b(3)的排液口(6)连接固定。
