本实用新型涉及一种震击设备,具体是一种连续震击工具,包括上接头、带中孔的外套、活塞、梭键、插杆、带中孔的滑套和下接头,上接头从外套的中部插入外套的中孔内,上接头的顶部竖向开设有通流凹槽,在通流凹槽的侧壁上开设有连通外套的中孔的导流孔,上接头的底部开设有锥形槽,活塞竖向密封设置在外套的中孔内,上接头的底部插入活塞的内腔,活塞的内腔内设有密封球;梭键位于外套的中孔内,插杆位于外套的中孔内,梭键的下方、外套的内壁上固定设置有凸块,凸块与底座之间设置有压缩弹簧,滑套从外套的底部插入外套,下接头从滑套的底部穿过滑套的中孔,下接头穿过滑套的一端与插杆的底部固定连接。有益效果是震击效果好,提高震击效率等。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种震击设备,具体是一种连续震击工具。
背景技术
随着井下作业技术的发展,利用钻杆或连续油管进行深井或者大水平井作业时会遇到上提力或下压力不足,造成无法达到预定深度或者无法实现预期的动作,尤其在打捞作业中,针对遇卡的落鱼需要施加足够的上提力或者连续不断的震击动作方能达到解卡效果。目前常规的震击器震击一次后,需要上提或下方管柱让其复位后,方能进行第二次震击,震击效果不佳的同时作业管柱需要反复的上提下放,不但降低了震击效率,还容易造成作业管柱因疲劳工作而损坏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种震击效果好,提高震击效率的连续向下震击工具,避免作业管柱因疲劳工作而损坏。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种连续震击工具,包括上接头、带中孔的外套、活塞、梭键、插杆、带中孔的滑套和下接头,所述上接头从所述外套的顶部插入所述外套的中孔内,并与所述外套的顶部作螺纹密封配合,所述上接头的中部竖向开设有通流凹槽,在所述通流凹槽的侧壁上开设有连通所述外套的中孔的导流孔,所述上接头的底部开设有锥形槽,所述活塞竖向密封设置在所述外套的中孔内,所述上接头的底部插入所述活塞的内腔,所述活塞的内腔靠近所述活塞底部的位置设置有面朝所述上接头的锥形面,在所述活塞的内腔内放置有位于所述锥形槽和锥形面之间且直径小于所述活塞内腔直径的密封球;
所述梭键位于所述外套的中孔内,并由呈十字叉状的底座和竖直向上固定设置在所述底座中部的推杆组成,所述推杆插入所述活塞底部,并顶紧所述密封球的底部,所述插杆位于所述外套的中孔内,并可在所述外套的中孔内竖向位移,所述插杆的顶部开设有与所述底座形状尺寸相匹配的十字槽,所述底座位于所述十字槽内,并可在所述十字槽内竖向位移,所述梭键的下方、所述外套的内壁上固定设置有凸块,所述凸块与所述底座之间设置有压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧预留有压缩量;
所述滑套从所述外套的底部插入所述外套的中孔内,并与所述外套作螺纹密封配合,所述滑套内也设有中孔,所述下接头从所述滑套的底部向上穿过所述滑套的中孔,所述下接头穿过所述滑套的一端与所述插杆的底部固定连接,且所述下接头可在所述滑套的中孔内竖向位移。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于所述密封球在所述活塞的内腔内进行上下的往复运动,连续撞击所述上接头产生了连续的震击效果,避免作业管柱反复上提下放,提高震击效率的同时避免作业管柱因疲劳工作而损坏;另外,由于连续的震击,利用钻杆或连续油管进行深井或者大水平井作业时上提力或下压力充足,能够顺利达到预定深度或者预期的动作,尤其在打捞作业中,针对遇卡的落鱼施加连续不断的震击动作,解卡效果好,故本实用新型的震击效果好。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本实用新型还可以做如下改进。
进一步,所述外套和滑套均呈圆柱状,提升本实用新型的结构稳定性的同时提升了本实用新型的造型美观程度。
进一步,在所述外套的中孔的内壁上、所述活塞所在的位置固定设置有与所述活塞的外壁接触的第一摩擦块,利用所述第一摩擦块引导所述活塞在所述外套内的位移并调节所述活塞与所述外套之间的间隙,确保所述活塞能够在所述外套内顺利的位移。
进一步,所述活塞的外壁上周向套接有第一密封圈,实现所述活塞与所述外套密封。
进一步,在所述滑套的内壁上、所述下接头所在的位置固定设置有与所述下接头的外壁接触的第二摩擦块,利用所述第二摩擦块引导所述下接头在所述滑套内的位移并调节所述下接头与所述滑套之间的间隙,确保所述下接头能够在所述滑套内顺利的位移。
进一步,下接头位于所述滑套内的一段的外壁上周向套接有第二密封圈,确保所述下接头与所述滑套密封。
进一步,所述插杆的底部开设有带内螺纹的环形槽,所述下接头穿过所述滑套的一端插入所述环形槽内,并与所述环形槽作螺纹配合固定连接在所述插杆的底部,提升了所述插杆与所述下接头固定连接的可靠性。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本实用新型,并非用于限定本实用新型的范围。
如图1、图2、图3、图4和图5所示,一种连续震击工具,包括上接头1、带中孔的外套2、活塞4、梭键12、插杆11、带中孔的滑套7和下接头9,上接头1从外套2的顶部插入外套2的中孔内,并与外套2的顶部作螺纹密封配合,上接头1的中部竖向开设有通流凹槽14,在通流凹槽14的侧壁上开设有连通外套2的中孔的导流孔1-1,上接头1的底部开设有锥形槽1-2,活塞4竖向密封设置在外套2的中孔内,上接头1的底部插入活塞4的内腔,活塞4的内腔靠近活塞4底部的位置设置有面朝上接头1的锥形面4-1,在活塞4的内腔内放置有位于锥形槽1-2和锥形面4-1之间且直径小于活塞4内腔直径的密封球13;
梭键12位于外套2的中孔内,并由呈十字叉状的底座12-2和竖直向上固定设置在底座12-2中部的推杆12-1组成,推杆12-1插入活塞4底部,并顶紧密封球13的底部,插杆11位于外套2的中孔内,并可在外套2的中孔内竖向位移,插杆11的顶部开设有与底座12-2形状尺寸相匹配的十字槽11-1,底座12-2位于十字槽11-1内,并可在十字槽11-1内竖向位移,梭键12的下方、外套2的内壁上固定设置有凸块,凸块与底座12-2之间设置有压缩弹簧6,压缩弹簧6预留有压缩量;
滑套7从外套2的底部插入外套2的中孔内,并与外套2作螺纹密封配合,滑套7内也设有中孔,下接头9从滑套7的底部向上穿过滑套7的中孔,下接头9穿过滑套7的一端与插杆11的底部固定连接,且下接头9可在滑套7的中孔内竖向位移。
本实施例中,外套2和滑套7均呈圆柱状,在外套2的中孔的内壁上、活塞4所在的位置固定设置有与活塞4的外壁接触的第一摩擦块3,活塞4的外壁上周向套接有第一密封圈5,在滑套7的内壁上、下接头9所在的位置固定设置有与下接头9的外壁接触的第二摩擦块10,下接头9位于滑套7内的一段的外壁上周向套接有第二密封圈8,插杆11的底部开设有带内螺纹的环形槽,下接头9穿过滑套7的一端插入环形槽内,并与环形槽作螺纹配合固定连接在插杆11的底部。
工作原理:
上接头1的外接连续油管或油管,下接头9连接工作工具,当连续油管或油管下压时,下接头9和插杆11处于压缩状态,此时梭键12在压缩弹簧6预留的压缩量产生的弹簧力作用下压迫密封球13与上接头1的锥形槽1-2的锥面接触,活塞4在插杆11的推力作用下迫使活塞4的内腔内的锥形面4-1与密封球13接触,此时钢球两端分别与上接头1和活塞4接触,起到密封作用,活塞4外壁上的第一密封圈5也起到了密封作用,保证了活塞4上下两部分是不连通的。
从连续油管或油管向通流凹槽14内泵入液体,液体通过上接头1的导流孔1-1进入到活塞4上部的空间,由于密封球13与活塞4内腔内的锥形面4-1有密封作用,第一密封圈5同样起到密封作用,随着液体压力不断增大,迫使活塞4,密封球13,梭键12,插杆11,下接头9向下移动,压缩弹簧6不断被梭键12的底座12-2压缩,当压缩弹簧6的压缩力大于液体的压力时,弹簧迫使梭键12上行,梭键12向上移动就造成了密封球13与活塞4内腔内的锥形面4-1分离,此时液体经过密封球13与活塞4内腔之间的间隙进入活塞4的下部空间,此时液体压力减少,当压力小于下接头9和插杆11受到的初始外力时,下接头9、插杆11和活塞4停止下移,转而向上运动,由于所受外力大于液体压力,下接头9、插杆11和活塞4上行具有一定的加速度,当下接头9、插杆11和活塞4上行到活塞4将密封球13顶至于上接头1接触时,下接头9与滑套7的底部撞击产生震击效果,此时本实用新型内部又形成上下隔离的空间,液体压力再次升高,重复如上动作,从而形成连续不断的震击效果。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本实用新型,凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种连续震击工具,其特征在于:包括上接头(1)、带中孔的外套(2)、活塞(4)、梭键(12)、插杆(11)、带中孔的滑套(7)和下接头(9),所述上接头(1)从所述外套(2)的顶部插入所述外套(2)的中孔内,并与所述外套(2)的顶部作螺纹密封配合,所述上接头(1)的中部竖向开设有通流凹槽(14),在所述通流凹槽(14)的侧壁上开设有连通所述外套(2)的中孔的导流孔(1-1),所述上接头(1)的底部开设有锥形槽(1-2),所述活塞(4)竖向密封设置在所述外套(2)的中孔内,所述上接头(1)的底部插入所述活塞(4)的内腔,所述活塞(4)的内腔靠近所述活塞(4)底部的位置设置有面朝所述上接头(1)的锥形面(4-1),在所述活塞(4)的内腔内放置有位于所述锥形槽(1-2)和锥形面(4-1)之间且直径小于所述活塞(4)内腔直径的密封球(13);
所述梭键(12)位于所述外套(2)的中孔内,并由呈十字叉状的底座(12-2)和竖直向上固定设置在所述底座(12-2)中部的推杆(12-1)组成,所述推杆(12-1)插入所述活塞(4)底部,并顶紧所述密封球(13)的底部,所述插杆(11)位于所述外套(2)的中孔内,并可在所述外套(2)的中孔内竖向位移,所述插杆(11)的顶部开设有与所述底座(12-2)形状尺寸相匹配的十字槽(11-1),所述底座(12-2)位于所述十字槽(11-1)内,并可在所述十字槽(11-1)内竖向位移,所述梭键(12)的下方、所述外套(2)的内壁上固定设置有凸块,所述凸块与所述底座(12-2)之间设置有压缩弹簧(6),所述压缩弹簧(6)预留有压缩量;
所述滑套(7)从所述外套(2)的底部插入所述外套(2)的中孔内,并与所述外套(2)作螺纹密封配合,所述滑套(7)内也设有中孔,所述下接头(9)从所述滑套(7)的底部向上穿过所述滑套(7)的中孔,所述下接头(9)穿过所述滑套(7)的一端与所述插杆(11)的底部固定连接,且所述下接头(9)可在所述滑套(7)的中孔内竖向位移。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续震击工具,其特征在于:所述外套(2)和滑套(7)均呈圆柱状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续震击工具,其特征在于:在所述外套(2)的中孔的内壁上、所述活塞(4)所在的位置固定设置有与所述活塞(4)的外壁接触的第一摩擦块(3)。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种连续震击工具,其特征在于:所述活塞(4)的外壁上周向套接有第一密封圈(5)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续震击工具,其特征在于:在所述滑套(7)的内壁上、所述下接头(9)所在的位置固定设置有与所述下接头(9)的外壁接触的第二摩擦块(10)。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种连续震击工具,其特征在于:所述下接头(9)位于所述滑套(7)内的一段的外壁上周向套接有第二密封圈(8)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续震击工具,其特征在于:所述插杆(11)的底部开设有带内螺纹的环形槽,所述下接头(9)穿过所述滑套(7)的一端插入所述环形槽内,并与所述环形槽作螺纹配合固定连接在所述插杆(11)的底部。
