背景技术
目前法兰等零件的吊装一般采用普通吊钩, 不容易对重心进行把握,而一般吊具操作都在高空，存在安全隐患。且法兰为规则工件，呈圆环形，三爪吊具基本能够稳定期重心。而市面上的三爪吊具结构较复杂，不适用法兰吊装。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种三爪吊具，通过简单的连杆结构和自动弹出装置，能够有效控制吊杆的打开，便于快速吊装法兰工件，稳定重心。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型提供了一种三爪吊具，包括拉杆，所述拉杆顶部设有一吊环，拉杆底部固定有自动弹出装置，所述自动弹出装置周向均布有三个连接杆；所述拉杆中部套有一沿拉杆上下运动的支撑件，所述支撑件周向活动连接三个吊杆，所述每个吊杆的末端分别设有吊钩；所述连接杆分别对应所述吊杆，且连接杆的一端活动连接在吊杆的中部。自动弹出装置能够利用自身张力将连接杆打开，从而使吊杆也随之打开，吊钩作用于法兰工件，利用支撑件在拉杆上的活动性，快速将法兰工件吊起，且重心较稳。
本实用新型的进一步改进在于：所述吊钩的钩状部分与吊杆间设有一中间段。配合法兰工件的结构特殊性，使钩状部分较好的作用于法兰工件，避免滑落。
本实用新型的有益效果是：简化了复杂的吊装工具，增设自动弹出装置，能够迅速对法兰工件进行吊装，消除安全隐患。实现了三爪同时吊紧,同时松开的效果，满足了在特殊条件下工作使用要求。

参见附图1，本实用新型提出了一种三爪吊具，包括拉杆4，所述拉杆4顶部设有一吊环1，拉杆4底部固定有自动弹出装置6，所述自动弹出装置6周向均布有三个连接杆3；所述拉杆4中部套有一沿拉杆4上下运动的支撑件5，所述支撑件5周向通过螺纹活动连接三个吊杆2，所述每个吊杆2的末端分别设有吊钩7；所述连接杆3分别对应所述吊杆2，且连接杆3的一端通过螺纹活动连接在吊杆2的中部。所述吊钩7的钩状部分与吊杆2间设有一中间段。使用时，自动弹出装置6能够利用自身张力将连接杆3打开，从而使吊杆2也随之打开，利用支撑件5在拉杆4上的活动性，可调整打开的距离范围，吊钩7作用于法兰8工件，快速将法兰8工件吊起，且重心较稳。
