Abstract
一种钢带专用吊具，由吊钩、连接板、挡板及螺栓组成，在横置的板状“U”形吊钩上横梁上面设有连接板，连接板上部开有吊环孔，上横梁下面设有一“L”形直角挡板，挡板侧面焊接有固定板，固定板通过螺栓连接在吊钩上横梁一侧，吊钩下横梁前端设有挡台。本实用新型可防止调运过程中钢带外包装变形，保证钢带内部质量，既可进行钢带吊运，又能将钢带翻转90度移位更换，使用方便快捷，固定牢固可靠，制作成本低廉，可减轻操作人员劳动强度，提高工作效率，杜绝安全事故。

本实用新型属于吊运器具领域，特别涉及一种专用于吊运线材包装钢带的吊具。
背景技术
某线材厂自投产以来，一直使用钢带进行线卷包装作业，但长期作业过程中发现，用钢绳在吊运钢带时，极易造成钢带外包装受损，钢带与钢绳之间挤压造成钢带边部变形，打包机无法进行钢带包装作业，影响生产的顺利进行。同时，钢带棱角经常使钢绳破损，造成钢绳起刺、断股现象发生，存在着钢带坠落砸物伤人的事故隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种能快速翻转和吊运钢带，提高作业效率，避免安全事故的钢带专用吊具。
为达此目的，本实用新型采取了如下技术解决方案：
一种钢带专用吊具，其特征在于，由吊钩、连接板、挡板及螺栓组成，在横置的板状“U”形吊钩上横梁上面设有连接板，连接板上部开有吊环孔，上横梁下面设有一“L”形直角挡板，挡板侧面焊接有固定板，固定板通过螺栓连接在吊钩上横梁一侧，吊钩下横梁前端设有挡台。

具体实施方式
由图1可见，本实用新型钢带专用吊具是由吊钩1、连接板2、螺栓5、挡板6所组成。吊钩1为一横置的“U”形板状体，在吊钩1的上横梁上面设有连接板2，连接板2的上部开有吊环孔3，用于连接吊车钢绳。在吊钩1上横梁的下面设有一个“L”形的直角挡板6，挡板6的侧面焊接有一块固定板4，固定板4通过螺栓5固定连接在吊钩1上横梁的前侧，同时在吊钩1下横梁的前端还设有一个挡台7，以防止钢带在吊运过程中窜动。
