本实用新型属于电器设备技术领域，涉及一种电加热器的部件。包括电加热元件和包覆在电加热元件外的钛管，钛管的外围套有一个不锈钢管，不锈钢管与钛管之间通过一个绝缘管相互隔开。并且不锈钢管、钛管和绝缘管紧密套接在一起。解决了钛管与不锈钢管之间存在电位差的问题，消除了异种金属之间的原电池反应。

本实用新型属于电器设备技术领域，涉及一种电加热器的部件。
背景技术
电加热管是电加热器的重要元件，电加热管由于使用频率高，加热的介质一般是自来水具有一定的硬度及腐蚀性，特别是在西北、北部等地区水质更是恶劣，电加热管往往在较短的时间内在水垢及腐蚀介质的双重作用下被腐蚀穿孔。
由于钛的抗腐蚀能力是不锈钢的十倍以上，为了增强电加热管的抗腐蚀能力，使用钛管作为电加热元件的外壳，大大增加了电加热管的抗腐蚀能力。但是由于钛管的可焊性很差，钛与不锈钢氩弧焊后会出现明显的开裂现象，所以钛管与不锈钢法兰无法使用氩弧焊连接。用钎焊等方法也很难实现钛管与不锈钢法兰焊接。有一种方法是采用钛管与碳钢、黄铜等螺纹法兰铆接压紧密封连接，从连接上来说可以实现，但是应用上存在很大的缺陷：一、由于钛管与碳钢等的电腐蚀电位相差极大，因此在使用过程中碳钢法兰会迅速被腐蚀掉；二、由于需用到螺纹头法兰，因此电热管形状受到很大限制，应用上也受到很大限制。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种安装方便、使用长久可靠的钛管电加热元件。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种钛管电加热元件，包括电加热元件和包覆在电加热元件外的钛管，所述钛管的外围套有一个不锈钢管，所述不锈钢管与钛管之间通过一个绝缘管相互隔开，并且所述钛管、绝缘管以及不锈钢管固定套接在一起。这样的设置解决了钛管与不锈钢管之间存在电位差的问题，消除了异种金属之间的原电池反应。
所述不锈钢管的尾端设置有一段伸出钛管的连接段，所述连接段焊接固定在不锈钢法兰上，所述不锈钢法兰通过连接件安装在电加热器中。不锈钢管易于焊接固定，并且焊接固定质量好。

如图所示：一种钛管电加热元件，包括电加热元件(1)和包覆在电加热元件1外的钛管2，所述钛管2的外围套有一个不锈钢管3，所述不锈钢管3与钛管2之间通过一个绝缘管4相互隔开，所述不锈钢管3、钛管2和绝缘管4通过旋压、冲压、辊压等加工工艺紧密套接在一起。
所述不锈钢管3的尾端设置有一段伸出钛管2的连接段5，所述连接段5通过与不锈钢法兰6进行氩弧焊等熔化焊接方式进行连接。所述不锈钢法兰6通过连接件安装在电加热器中。

1.一种钛管电加热元件，包括电加热元件(1)和包覆在电加热元件（1）外的钛管（2），其特征在于：所述钛管（2）的外围套有一个不锈钢管（3），所述不锈钢管（3）与钛管（2）之间通过一个绝缘管（4）相互隔开，并且所述钛管（2）、绝缘管（4）以及不锈钢管（3）固定套接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钛管电加热元件,其特征在于：所述不锈钢管（3）的尾端设置有一段伸出钛管（2）的连接段（5），所述连接段（5）焊接固定在不锈钢法兰（6）上，所述不锈钢法兰（6）通过连接件安装在电加热器中。
