背景技术
由于锂电池具有放电电压稳定,工作温度范围宽,自放电率低,储存寿命长,无记忆效应,体积小,重量轻及无公害等优点,目前已逐渐替代铅酸蓄电池、镉镍蓄电池,成为动力电池的主流。锂电池在使用时,由于长时间为一个方向的放置,很容易因为重力原因造成内部的电解液浓度不均匀,尤其底部的电解液浓度要稍微高于上方电解液的浓度,虽然电池正负极附近的离子流动可能会降低顶部和底部两端的电解液浓度差,但是并不明显。
发明内容
发明目的:本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种提高电解液均匀分布的锂电池。
技术方案:为了达到上述发明目的,本实用新型具体是这样来完成的:一种提高电解液均匀分布的锂电池,包括正负电极和外壳,所述外壳内部由一组横隔板分隔为多个腔室。
其中,所述横隔板上开有通孔,方便相邻两个腔室内电解液的相互流动。
其中,所述外壳由2块横隔板分隔为3个腔室,且每块横隔板上均开有通孔,使相邻两个腔室内的电解液相互流动。
其中,所述通孔的直径为1~2cm。
有益效果:本实用新型与传统技术相比,通过设计多层横隔板将电池内部分为多个小体积腔室,同时横隔板上开设有通孔,在不影响电解液自由流动的前提下,减小了电池内部的电解液浓度差。
