Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种锂电池盒,包括长方体盒体,盒体外周四个面均开有一组长条形通孔;所述盒体内部由隔板均匀分割为两部分,且所述隔板的高度低于盒体顶部。本实用新型通过在电池盒上设计通风槽孔,降低了贮存时电池盒内部的温度,而且,由于锂电池采用正极向下贮存,不会使电解液产生局部浓度过大而影响锂电池的放电时间和使用寿命。

背景技术
由于锂电池具有放电电压稳定,工作温度范围宽,自放电率低,储存寿命长,无记忆效应,体积小,重量轻及无公害等优点,目前已逐渐替代铅酸蓄电池、镉镍蓄电池,成为动力电池的主流。但是,锂电池的存放是一个不大不小的问题,锂电池由于自身的性质决定了温度对其贮存有影响,温度过高或密闭环境会影响锂电池的放电时间和使用寿命。
发明内容
发明目的:本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种锂电池盒。
技术方案:为了达到上述发明目的,本实用新型具体是这样来完成的:一种锂电池盒,包括长方体盒体,盒体外周四个面均开有一组长条形通孔;所述盒体内部由隔板均匀分割为两部分,且所述隔板的高度低于盒体顶部。
其中,所述隔板高度为整个盒体高度的1/2~1/3。
其中,所述盒体底部设有沉孔,便于锂电池正极向下放入盒体。
其中,所述沉孔的直径为1~4cm。
有益效果:本实用新型与传统技术相比,通过在电池盒上设计通风槽孔,降低了贮存时电池盒内部的温度,而且,由于锂电池采用正极向下贮存,不会使电解液产生局部浓度过大而影响锂电池的放电时间和使用寿命。

如图1~3所示的一种锂电池盒,包括长方体盒体1,其特征在于,盒体1外周四个面均开有一组长条形通孔2;所述盒体1内部由隔板3均匀分割为两部分,且所述隔板3的高度低于盒体1顶部;所述隔板3高度为整个盒体1高度的1/2~1/3;所述盒体1底部设有沉孔4,便于锂电池正极向下放入盒体,且沉孔4的直径为1~4cm。

1.一种锂电池盒,包括长方体盒体(1),其特征在于,盒体(1)外周四个面均开有一组长条形通孔(2);所述盒体(1)内部由隔板(3)均匀分割为两部分,且所述隔板(3)的高度低于盒体(1)顶部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锂电池盒,其特征在于,所述隔板(3)高度为整个盒体(1)高度的1/2~1/3。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的锂电池盒,其特征在于,所述盒体(1)底部设有沉孔(4),便于锂电池正极向下放入盒体。
