背景技术
为了增加塑料薄膜的离型力,往往会对薄膜做等离子处理,或涂氟处理,或涂硅离型剂于薄膜材质的表层上,让它对于各种不同的有机压感胶,使可以表现出极轻且稳定的离型力。根据不同的所需,隔离产品胶的粘性不同,塑料薄膜离型力相对应调整,使塑料薄膜在剥离时达到极轻且稳定的离型力。当薄膜作为PCB线路板材料、金属材料、塑料等的保护膜时,需具有耐甲苯的特性,特别是作为路板材料、金属材料的保护膜时,还需同时具备抗静电的能力。
聚醚醚酮树脂,简称PEEK,是一种性能优异的特种工程塑料,具有机械性能优异、耐化学品腐蚀、耐高温、阻燃、耐磨等特点。

  本实用新型的目的是提供一种耐腐蚀保护膜,该薄膜具有耐高温、耐化学品的腐蚀,且具有稳定良好的离型力的特点,能广泛作为PCB线路板材料、金属等材料、塑料等的保护膜。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
一种耐腐蚀保护膜,由薄膜基材、PEEK薄膜及抗静电涂层组成,其特征在于:所述薄膜基材一面贴合有PEEK薄膜,该薄膜基材另一面设置有抗静电涂层,该抗静电涂层为抗静电剂。
所述薄膜基材为PET薄膜基材,使保护膜具有良好的气密性。
本实用新型的保护膜具有良好的气密性,防水效果好,且耐化学品的腐蚀,抗静电,是一种良好的PCB线路板材料、金属等材料、塑料等的表面临时保护材料。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型的保护膜从上至下由PEEK薄膜(2)、PET薄膜基材(1)和抗静电涂层(3)组成。PEEK薄膜(2)通过高压贴合于PET薄膜上表面,使保护膜表面可耐腐蚀;PET薄膜(1)气密性良好,但并无抗静电能力,为使本实用新型薄膜具有良好的抗静电性能,故而同时在PET薄膜(1)下表面设置有抗静电涂层(3),该抗静电涂层(3)采用的是抗静电剂。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀保护膜,其特征在于:所述薄膜基材为PET薄膜基材。
