背景技术
 软包装锂离子电池重量轻、成本低、安全性能相对较好,得到越来越广泛的应用。随着电子设备要求越来越轻便和越来越微型化,软包装锂离子电池的研究与应用也越来越得到重视。
开发锂离子电池的重要之一是电池结构的不断改进,软包装锂离子电池内部结构形式大体分为叠片形式和卷绕形式,叠片形式的软包装锂离子电池叠片电芯可以很厚,但叠片效率较低,卷绕形式的方形软包装锂离子由于卷芯边缘张力不均匀,电芯厚度不能太大,要得到较厚电芯,且制作效率较高的软包装锂离子电池,可以在电池结构上进行改进。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种软包装锂离子电池,具有较厚的电芯,软包装锂离子电池制作效率较高的特点。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案实现:
软包装锂离子电池,包括正极片、负极片和外包的铝塑膜,其特征是,还包括隔膜、正负极带胶极耳和终止胶带,所述正极片、负极片和隔膜卷绕成电芯,正极片、负极片和隔膜按照隔膜、负极片、隔膜、正极片和隔膜从下至上分层布置并从两端向中间卷绕成相连的两等份电芯,正极带胶极耳焊接在正极片的头部,负极带胶极耳焊接在负极片的头部,两电芯由终止胶带包裹固定在铝塑膜内。

    如图1和图2所示,软包装锂离子电池,包括正极片1、负极片2和外包的铝塑膜6,其特征是,还包括隔膜3、正负极带胶极耳和终止胶带7,所述正极片1、负极片2和隔膜3卷绕成电芯,正极片1、负极片2和隔膜3按照隔膜、负极片、隔膜、正极片和隔膜顺序从下至上分层布置并从两端向中间卷绕成相连的两等份电芯,正极带胶极耳4焊接在正极片1的头部,负极带胶极耳5焊接在负极片2的头部,两电芯由终止胶带7包裹固定在铝塑膜6内。
采用本实用新型的一种新型软包装锂离子电池,厚度较厚、容量较大、制作效率较高。有效的解决了目前卷绕形式的方形软包电池厚度较薄、叠片形式的电池效率较低等问题,是一种高性能新型软包装锂离子电池。
