本实用新型揭露了一种新型卷绕结构的锂离子电池,所述卷绕结构包括正极片、负极片以及位于正极片与负极片之间的隔膜,所述正极片、负极片以及隔膜一起卷绕成卷,整个卷绕结构最外层正极片的外层上设置有正极耳,内层对应外层正极耳的位置贴有一层双面胶,所述双面胶将正极片粘贴在整个卷绕结构的最外层上,从而达到固定卷绕结构的目的,采用双面胶来固定卷绕结构,避免了传统透明胶终止胶引起的胶纸重叠情况,从而降低了卷绕结构的厚度,进而可以提升电池电芯容量。

本实用新型涉及锂离子电池,特别是涉及一种锂离子电池的卷绕构。
背景技术
    锂离子电池的卷绕结构包括由正、负极片以及位于正极片与负极片之间的隔膜卷绕而成的卷层,正、负极片以及隔膜卷绕后贴终止胶以达到固定卷绕结构的目的,一般而言,终止胶为透明胶,且包住整个卷绕结构的2/3,而随着锂离子电池技术的发展,客户对电池电芯容量的要求也不断提高,而卷绕结构的厚度又限制了电池容量的提高,而采用上述终止胶固定方式会造成胶纸重叠,从而引起整个卷绕结构厚度过大,不利于电芯容量的提高。

 本实用新型的目的在于克服目前技术的不足,提供一种新型卷绕结构的锂离子电池。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:
一种新型卷绕结构的锂离子电池,所述卷绕结构包括正极片、负极片以及位于正极片与负极片之间的隔膜,所述正极片、负极片以及隔膜一起卷绕成卷,整个卷绕结构最外层正极片的外层上设置有正极耳,整个卷绕结构最外层正极片的内层对应外层正极耳的位置贴有一层双面胶,所述双面胶将正极片粘贴在整个卷绕结构的最外层上。
本实用新型的有益效果为:采用双面胶来固定卷绕结构,避免了传统透明胶终止胶引起的胶纸重叠情况,从而降低了卷绕结构的厚度,进而可以提升电池电芯容量。

如图1所示,本实用新型锂离子电池包括一卷绕结构,所述卷绕结构包括正极片1、负极片2以及位于正极片1与负极片2之间的隔膜(图未示),所述正极片1、负极片2以及隔膜一起卷绕成卷。整个卷绕结构最外层正极片1的外层上设置有正极耳3,整个卷绕结构最外层正极片1的内层对应外层正极耳3的位置贴有一层双面胶4,待整个卷绕结构卷绕完成之后,所述双面胶4将正极片1粘贴在整个卷绕结构的最外层上(图1中5所示位置),从而达到固定卷绕结构的目的。
如上所述,采用双面胶4来固定卷绕结构,避免了传统透明胶终止胶引起的胶纸重叠情况,从而降低了卷绕结构的厚度,进而可以提升电池电芯容量。
