Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种管件。
背景技术
在汽车中需要用到各种各样的管件，如输油管，目前有一种管件，其包括管件本体和支架，支架与汽车车架相固定，支架用于支撑管件本体。但上述管件在实际使用时，支架不能很稳固的支撑管件本体，管件本体容易从支架上滑落，从而使管件本体位置不稳固。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种可以稳固的支撑管件本体的管件。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供的管件，它包括管件本体和用于支撑管件本体的支架，所述的支架包括半圆环形的第一支架和平板状的第二支架，第一支架开口朝上设置，第一支架的内圆弧面与管件本体的外壁相吻合，第一支架的内圆弧面上设置有橡胶层，橡胶层与第一支架的内圆弧面相固定，管件本体放置在橡胶层上，第一支架的外圆弧面与第二支架的一表面相固定，第二支架的两侧分别设置有安装孔。
作为优选，所述的管件本体的内壁上设置有防腐层。
作为优选，所述的第一支架和第二支架一体成型设置。
采用以上结构后，本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有以下的优点：
本实用新型中，管件本体放置在第一支架的内圆弧面的橡胶层上，管件本体的外壁与橡胶层的接触面积较大，管件本体的外壁与橡胶层之间的摩擦力较大，使得管件本体放置在橡胶层上后，管件本体不容易从第一支架上滑落，使得第一支架稳固的支撑管件本体。

由图1所示，本实用新型管件，它包括管件本体1和用于支撑管件本体1的支架，所述的支架包括半圆环形的第一支架2和平板状的第二支架3，第一支架2开口朝上设置，第一支架2的内圆弧面与管件本体1的外壁相吻合，第一支架2的内圆弧面上设置有橡胶层4，橡胶层4为半圆弧形，橡胶层4与第一支架2的内圆弧面相固定，管件本体1放置在橡胶层4上，第一支架2的外圆弧面与第二支架3的一表面相固定，第二支架3的两侧分别设置有安装孔301。
本实用新型在使用时，第二支架3通过在安装孔301上旋合螺钉来将第二支架3固定在汽车车架上，管件本体1放置在第一支架2的内圆弧面的橡胶层4上，管件本体1的外壁与橡胶层4的接触面积较大，管件本体1的外壁与橡胶层4之间的摩擦力较大，使得管件本体1放置在橡胶层4上后，管件本体1不容易从第一支架2上滑落，使得第一支架2稳固的支撑管件本体1。
所述的管件本体1的内壁上设置有防腐层101，防腐层101由环氧底漆涂层、高氯化梯度中间漆涂层和无溶剂环氧面漆涂层组成，使得管件本体1的内壁不容易被腐蚀。
所述的第一支架2和第二支架3一体成型设置，第一支架2和第二支架3一体成型铸造而成，使得第一支架2和第二支架3加工方便。

1.一种管件，它包括管件本体（1）和用于支撑管件本体（1）的支架，其特征在于：所述的支架包括半圆环形的第一支架（2）和平板状的第二支架（3），第一支架（2）开口朝上设置，第一支架（2）的内圆弧面与管件本体（1）的外壁相吻合，第一支架（2）的内圆弧面上设置有橡胶层（4），橡胶层（4）与第一支架（2）的内圆弧面相固定，管件本体（1）放置在橡胶层（4）上，第一支架（2）的外圆弧面与第二支架（3）的一表面相固定，第二支架（3）的两侧分别设置有安装孔（301）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管件，其特征在于：所述的管件本体（1）的内壁上设置有防腐层（101）。
3.根据权利要求2所述的管件，其特征在于：所述的第一支架（2）和第二支架（3）一体成型设置。
