[0002] 煤矿生产中开采出的原煤需要经过筛选分级,筛选时普遍用到振动筛,振动筛是利用振子激振、机械传动等方式把力传导至筛面上,使得筛面上的物料进行同轨迹运转的筛分设备总称,是工业化进程中代替手工筛分的机械,振动筛主要由驱动系统、激振系统、减震系统、筛框和筛网组成。振动筛工作时,两电机同步反向旋转使激振器产生反向激振力,迫使筛体带动筛网做纵向运动,使其上的物料受激振力而周期性向前抛出一个射程,从而完成物料筛分作业。振动筛工作部分固定不动,靠物料沿工作面滑动而使物料得到筛分。振动筛整体的连杆机构和凸轮机构是它的基本结构。而振动筛筛分细度和筛网有关筛网网格大小决定了成品的细度。常见的振动筛是复层结构网筛也就是双层筛网、三层筛网或更多。目前的振动筛都是将物料直接倾倒到晒面上,有些比较重的物料容易对筛网造成损伤,物料也容易堆积在一起,不易分散,对筛分不利。

[0015] 所述的分流板包括垂直安装在进料口 6中部的钢板一 11和钢板一 11两侧倾斜安装的钢板二 12和钢板三13,钢板的数量可以根据振动筛的宽度设置,当物料进入进料口 6时,分流板将物料均匀地分散,使物料可以均匀地落在筛网上,分流板也起到一个缓冲的作用,避免比较重的物料直接冲击筛网的一个地方,造成筛网损坏。所述的第一筛网8和第二筛网10分别由四面筛网通过铰接的方式依次连接在一起。所述的第一筛网8和第二筛网10的一边分别通过铰接的方式连接在筛框3上,另一边为自由端,自由端可以设置挂钩,在相应的筛框3上设置挂环,在使用该筛网时,可以将自由端的挂钩挂在筛框的挂环上。所述的下横梁一 7和下横梁二 9分别至少为两根。使用时,第一筛网8和第二筛网10可以根据需要选择只用一个,另一个折叠在筛框3的一侧。所述的激振器4设置有两组。

1.一种振动筛分装置,包括由支撑座(I)和弹簧(2)组成的减振支撑装置,减振支撑装置上安装有筛框(3),筛框(3)的两侧分别安装有侧板,筛框(3)上方安装有激振器(4),激振器(4)上连接有驱动电机(5),其特征在于:所述的筛框(3)首部设置有进料口(6),进料口( 6 )内部设置有分流板,筛框(3 )内设置有下横梁一(7 ),下横梁一(7 )上安装有第一筛网(8),下横梁一(7)的下方设置有下横梁二(9),下横梁二(9)上安装有第二筛网(10),所述的第一筛网(8)和第二筛网(10)为折叠筛网。
