空压机常规的曲柄连杆机构都要是单曲柄的,这种机构的缺点是:曲柄通过连杆向活塞传递的力,可分为垂直气缸轴线的F1和沿气缸轴线方向的F2,如图1,显然,F1是不利的,它会增加活塞和气缸壁摩擦,消耗能量,活塞与气缸之间局部摩擦容易造成局部磨损。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种空压机双曲柄的曲柄连杆机构,采用偏心距相等的双曲柄,对称分布在气缸轴线的两侧,则将垂直于气缸轴线的分力互相抵消,这样活塞和气缸壁的作用力抵消,摩擦力减少,能耗降低,特别适用于高转速小负载的往复运动。
为实现上述目的采用以下技术方案:
