本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现：上圆带和下圆带的左端固定在条带上，上圆带和下圆带的右端设有粘链，下圆带的中部设有硬质板，且硬质板的倾斜度可调节。
本实用新型的有益效果是：实现了下蹲活动时，腿部弯曲程度的定位，改善了锻炼效果。

具体实施方式
如图所示，一种可定位的膝部健身绷带，上圆带1和下圆带2的左端固定在条带3上，上圆带1和下圆带2的右端设有粘链5，下圆带2的中部设有硬质板4，且硬质板4的倾斜度可调节。
使用时，将上圆带1绕在大腿上绷紧，下圆带2绕在小腿上绷紧，根据需要调节硬质板4的倾斜度。做下蹲锻炼时，当大腿碰到硬质板4时，能够感觉到硬质板4的力的作用，此时停止下蹲，改为向上摆动大腿，以便达到锻炼效果。

1.一种可定位的膝部健身绷带，包括上圆带（1）、下圆带（2）和条带（3），其特征是：上圆带（1）和下圆带（2）的左端固定在条带（3）上，上圆带（1）和下圆带（2）的右端设有粘链（5），下圆带（2）的中部设有硬质板（4）。
2.如权利要求1所述的可定位的膝部健身绷带，其特征是：硬质板（4）的倾斜度可调节。
