本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种游泳训练辅助装置，包括床板、身体支撑垫、手臂入水限位槽、手臂出水限位槽、腿部限位槽、套环、橡皮绳、滑块、固定螺栓和滑道，床板上设有身体支撑垫，身体支撑垫的上方设有两个手臂入水限位槽，身体支撑垫的左右两边各设有一个手臂出水限位槽，相邻的手臂入水限位槽与手臂出水限位槽之间连通，身体支撑垫的下方设有两个腿部限位槽，每个腿部限位槽的两侧都设有两条滑道，每个腿部限位槽内均设有套环，套环的左右两侧均与橡皮绳连接，橡皮绳与滑块连接，滑块位于滑道内，滑块上设有固定螺栓。

如图1所示，一种游泳训练辅助装置，包括床板1、身体支撑垫2、手臂入水限位槽3、手臂出水限位槽4、腿部限位槽5、套环6、橡皮绳7、滑块8、固定螺栓9和滑道10，床板1上设有身体支撑垫2，身体支撑垫2的上方设有两个手臂入水限位槽3，身体支撑垫2的左右两边各设有一个手臂出水限位槽4，相邻的手臂入水限位槽3与手臂出水限位槽4之间连通，身体支撑垫2的下方设有两个腿部限位槽5，每个腿部限位槽5的两侧都设有两条滑道10，每个腿部限位槽5内均设有套环6，套环6的左右两侧均与橡皮绳7连接，橡皮绳7与滑块8连接，滑块8位于滑道10内，滑块8上设有固定螺栓9。
使用时，练习者上半身躺在身体支撑垫2上，根据练习者的身高，调节滑块8的位置并通过固定螺栓9固定，将脚穿过套环6，让脚踝卡在套环6上，即可进行练习，橡皮绳7可限定腿部上下运动的范围，手臂入水限位槽3、手臂出水限位槽4可限定练习者手臂的入水和出水位置。
