背景技术
通常人们在进行压腿练习时，一般都是借助肋木、栏杆、台阶等物体进行压腿练习，借助以上物体进行压腿练习存在以下弊端：a、压腿时由于足跟后端或跟腱部位接触上述物体，因物体没有弹性,足跟后端或跟腱部位而产生压痛感。b、上述物体的高度不能随意调节，直接影响压腿的练习效果。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷，本实用新型提出一种压腿训练器，该练习器对提高压腿练习效果具有实际意义。
为解决上述存在的问题，本实用新型提出一种压腿训练器，本实用新型所采用的技术方案为：一种压腿训练器，它由以下各部件结构技术特征构成：其一侧，在立柱的上端有一活动横杆，活动横杆的表面包裹海绵护垫，立柱的表面有若干个调节孔，立柱通过调节销固定在调节固定管内，调节固定管固定在固定板上，另一侧与上述结构相同。
本实用新型的有益效果是：该器材结构简单使用方便，易于制作，横杆包裹海绵护垫，避免了物体没有弹性，足跟后端或跟腱部位有压痛感的弊端，为练习者提供了方便。

本实用新型是为解决压腿训练问题提出的。本实用新型的主体结构如图1所示，其一侧，在立柱3的上端有一活动横杆2，活动横杆2的表面包裹海绵护垫1，立柱3的表面有若干个调节孔4，立柱3通过调节销5固定在调节固定管6内，调节固定管6固定在固定板7上，另一侧与上述结构相同。
使用一种压腿训练器的方法：在使用时，练习者将足跟后端或跟腱部位放置在海绵护垫的凹槽里，可根据自己身高和腿部柔韧性状况而选择压腿训练器的高度。使用该练习器，对压腿练习效果具有实际意义。
