背景技术
通常利用台阶、单双杠、肋木等物件进行压腿练习，存在以下问题：a、上述物件易硌压足跟及跟腱，产生疼痛，影响压腿效果；b、利用阶梯等物件进行压腿练习时，其高度不可调，也会影响压腿练习效果。

为了解决上述背景技术存在的问题，本实用新型提出一种可升降式压腿练习器，所采用的技术方案由以下各部件构成：在弧形托板上胶粘连接软垫，螺钉穿过弧形托板孔将其连接在滑套侧面，滑套套于方杆外由紧固螺钉紧固连接，方杆两端分别与上横杆和下横杆内侧焊接连接，四个膨胀螺钉穿过上横杆和下横杆孔、垫铁孔将其固定于墙体。

参照附图，在弧形托板10上胶粘连接软垫1，螺钉9穿过弧形托板孔将其连接在滑套2侧面，滑套套于方杆3外由紧固螺钉6紧固连接，方杆两端分别与上横杆5和下横杆内侧焊接连接，四个膨胀螺钉4穿过上横杆和下横杆孔、垫铁7孔将其固定于墙体8。在使用该器材时，将滑套调至所需高度并由紧固螺钉固定，练习者足跟或跟腱置于软垫上即可进行压退练习。
