本实用新型涉及玻璃纤维制造设备技术领域，具体涉及一种玻璃纤维生产用涂油盒。
背景技术
玻璃纤维涂油盒是玻璃纤维生产中用于玻璃纤维束的涂油操作的重要装置，玻璃纤维通过浸润剂的涂抹用以改变纤维束的性能便于集束等后续生产。
目前生产中，涂油盒盒盖可遮挡冷却水喷雾，然而盒盖上有水积聚经常流入涂油盒，导致涂油盒内的浸润剂浓度变低，不能满足玻璃纤维生产质量要求，另外，在涂油盒进油口位置，由于进油压力较大，浸润剂容易往上喷出，如果喷至涂油辊上堆积沉淀，容易引起断丝问题，影响正常生产。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决现有技术的不足而提供一种涂油盒。
本实用新型的目的是以下述技术方案实现的：
一种涂油盒，包括盒体，盒体上设盒盖及进油口，在盒盖前侧边设导水棒，在盒体进油口上方设挡板。
所述导水棒为不锈钢。
所述挡板位于进油口上方1-2cm处。
所述挡板为不锈钢。
所述挡板长度为1.5-3cm，宽度为1.5-3cm。
所述盒体前侧边设刮油夹。
本实用新型提供的涂油盒加装了导水棒和挡油板，一方面可以解决盖子上的水流入涂油盒内稀释浸润剂的问题，另一方面可以解决浸润剂浆疤堆积引起的断丝问题。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种涂油盒，包括盒体1，盒体1上设盒盖2，盒盖2与盒体1通过铰链连接，盒体1上设进油口3，在盒体进油口3上方1-2cm处焊接平行不锈钢挡板5，不锈钢挡板5长度为1.5-3cm，宽度为1.5-3cm，防止由于进油压力大而引起的喷油、冒油现象，在盒盖前侧边设不锈钢导水棒4，其长度长于涂油盒，可以导引盒盖上的积聚喷雾水流至涂油盒外部。在盒体前侧边设刮油夹6，由于涂油辊转动或玻璃纤维束移动等原因引起的浸润剂粘附在盒体前侧，较长时间后产生浆疤堆积，浆疤会掉入涂油盒内影响浸润剂浓度和流动性，刮油夹6可以在盒体前侧边移动刮掉堆积的浸润剂。

1.一种涂油盒，包括盒体，盒体上设盒盖及进油口，其特征在于：在盒盖前侧边设导水棒，在盒体进油口上方设挡板。
2.如权利要求1所述的涂油盒，其特征在于：所述导水棒为不锈钢。
3.如权利要求1所述的涂油盒，其特征在于：所述挡板位于进油口上方1-2cm处。
4.如权利要求3所述的涂油盒，其特征在于：所述挡板为不锈钢。
5.如权利要求4所述的涂油盒，其特征在于：所述挡板长度为1.5-3cm，宽度为1.5-3cm。
