背景技术
目前国内外采用的断路器与充气柜之间的密封特点是:断路器安装板较厚,在厚板上加工密封槽安装密封圈实现断路器与充气柜的密封。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种充气柜用断路器方形密封结构。
本实用新型专利采用以下技术方案:一种充气柜用断路器方形密封结构,在安装板内侧固定有外侧密封条,在外侧密封条内固定有内侧密封条,在外侧密封条和内侧密封条之间设有密封圈。
   本实用新型采用内、外密封条的简单安装方式实现断路器与充气柜的密封,大大降低了密封面的制作成本,安装简单、方便、结构简明、零部件数量少。

如图1所示,一种充气柜用断路器方形密封结构,安装板1内侧固定有外侧密封条2,在外侧密封条2内固定有内侧密封条3,在外侧密封条2和内侧密封条3之间设有密封圈4。本实施方式中内侧密封条使用钢板曲弯制作而成,外侧密封条使用扁钢打孔攻丝制作而成。
图2示出了一种充气柜用断路器方形密封结构的使用安装示意图,外侧密封条2使用螺丝5安装固定于安装板1上,内侧密封条3焊接固定于安装板1上,在外侧密封条2和内侧密封条3之间装好密封圈4,然后将安装板1与充气柜气室6密封连接。
