现代科技日新月异的发展，对石英这一基础原材料提出了更高的纯度要求，世界公认高纯、超高纯石英原料是当今高新科技产品的重要基础，是一个国家高新技术可持续发展的必要务件。
石英原材料是由石英砂经过鄂破、筛选、碾碎、清洗、除铁和分离等工艺得到，而在筛选的工艺中，大部分采用振动筛进行对石英砂进行筛选，在筛选后的石英砂会通过振动筛网孔流出，未通过振动筛的石英砂则会从筛面流入下道艺中。
由于通过筛面的石英砂流向下道工艺时，往往石英砂会像“瀑布”一样，流淌出去，在流淌的同时，会溅出大量的水，当工作人员靠近振动筛旁时，会瞬时弄湿工作人员衣服，在寒冷的冬天里，容易使工作人员冻着，甚至导致工作人员生病，需要请假，从而影响生产的正常程序。

2)由于两块导向板之间形成一个直角，当工作人员靠近振动筛时，通过工作人员转动法兰，使螺杆带动导向板一起转动，从而改变导向板的方向，此时，石英砂的流向会向改变的方向流淌，从而避免水溅到工作人员的衣服上；
3)本实用新型结构简单，制造方便，且成本低，适合广泛的推广。

导向板4为两块41、42，这两块41、42之间形成一个角度，螺杆3焊接在两块导向板41、42所形成的夹角7之间，两块导向板41、42之间的夹角8角度为90°。通过在振动筛筛面1设置了两块导向板4，并由两块导向板41、42与振动筛筛面1两侧的引导板6相互配合使用，能有效的改变石英砂的流向。由于两块导向板之间形成一个直角，当工作人员靠近振动筛时，通过工作人员转动法兰5，使螺杆3带动导向板4一起转动，从而改变导向板4的方向，此时，石英砂的流向会向改变的方向流淌，从而避免水溅到工作人员的衣服上。
