Abstract
一种有效降低PSA制氧机放空噪音的装置，它包括外筒、扩散器、棕垫、出气导筒，外筒底部封闭，中间有一圆孔，外筒内壁上贴敷有一层吸音层；扩散器为一圆筒状，顶端封闭，下端带有一个连接法兰，筒壁上均布有出气小孔，在扩散器外表面包覆有不锈钢丝网，扩散器经外筒底部中间的圆孔安装到外筒内；外筒的顶部设置有一个棕垫，出气导筒设置在棕垫外面。本装置结构简单，安装拆卸方便，容易维修；与现有普通消音器相比，本装置处理气量更大，降噪音效率高，放空阻力更小，有效减少了放空时间，更适合PSA制氧装置的使用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种有效降低PSA制氧机放空噪音的装置。
背景技术
一直以来PSA制氧装置行业放空噪音的消声器，都是外购的标准件，其结构比较简单，原理是气体进入消声器内部以后直接通过外部的消音孔对其进行消音。此种消音器放空阻力较大，放空时间长，不适合PSA制氧装置的使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是：设计一种有效降低PSA制氧机放空噪音的装置，有效降低噪音20-25dB(A)，10秒内排空塔内压力。
实现本实用新型目的所采取的技术方案是：它包括外筒、扩散器、棕垫、出气导筒，外筒底部封闭，中间有一圆孔，外筒内壁上贴敷有一层吸音层；扩散器为一圆筒状，顶端封闭，下端带有一个连接法兰，筒壁上均布有出气小孔，在扩散器外表面包覆有不锈钢丝网，扩散器经外筒底部中间的圆孔安装到外筒内；外筒的顶部设置有一个棕垫，出气导筒设置在棕垫外面。
棕垫被固定在一个圆形托架和一个圆形压架中间，并经圆形托架和圆形压架安装固定在外筒顶部。
本实用新型的积极效果是：本装置结构简单，安装拆卸方便，容易维修；与现有普通消音器相比，本装置处理气量更大，降噪音效率高，放空阻力更小，有效减少了放空时间，更适合PSA制氧装置的使用。

具体实施方式
如附图1所示，它包括外筒2、扩散器1、棕垫6、出气导筒9，外筒2底部封闭，中间有一圆孔，外筒2内壁上贴敷有一层吸音层4；扩散器1为一圆筒状，顶端封闭，下端带有一个连接法兰11，筒壁上均布有出气小孔，小孔的分布方式如附图3所示；在扩散器1外表面包覆有不锈钢丝网3，不锈钢丝网3使用50目不锈钢丝网，使气流的分布更加均匀；扩散器1经外筒2底部中间的圆孔安装到外筒2内；外筒2的顶部设置有一个棕垫6，棕垫6被固定在一个圆形托架5和一个圆形压架10中间，圆形托架5和圆形压架10由圆钢焊制而成，圆形托架5为栅栏形，焊接在外筒2顶部，出气导筒9焊接在栅栏形圆形压架10中间（如附图1、3所示），最后经弹簧垫8、螺钉7将棕垫6和圆形压架10安装固定在外筒2顶部。
本装置经连接法兰11安装在PSA制氧装置的两个吸附塔之间的排空管道上，制氧装置在工作时需要循环的切换，两只吸附塔交替工作吸附氮气，氧气从吸附塔的顶部富集流出吸附塔。当吸附塔吸附氮气饱和时就需要把吸附的氮气排出来，在排空的时候经扩散器1底部进入扩散器1，气体通过扩散器1分流降噪，扩散器1的外围包有不锈钢丝网3，再次对气体分流，通过消音棉进入消音器内腔；经过外筒2内壁上的消音层4对气流吸音，再通过棕垫6的消音处理，最后经出气导筒9排入大气。

1.一种有效降低PSA制氧机放空噪音的装置，其特征在于：它包括外筒、扩散器、棕垫、出气导筒，外筒底部封闭，中间有一圆孔，外筒内壁上贴敷有一层吸音层；扩散器为一圆筒状，顶端封闭，下端带有一个连接法兰，筒壁上均布有出气小孔，在扩散器外表面包覆有不锈钢丝网，扩散器经外筒底部中间的圆孔安装到外筒内；外筒的顶部设置有一个棕垫，出气导筒设置在棕垫外面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的有效降低PSA制氧机放空噪音的装置，其特征在于：棕垫被固定在一个圆形托架和一个圆形压架中间，并经圆形托架和圆形压架安装固定在外筒顶部。
