一种识别并调整电池组正负极的夹取装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种夹取装置,尤其是涉及一种在电池组包装过程中能够对电池组进行正负极识别并进行调整的夹取装置,属于机电自动化设备技术领域。
背景技术
目前,在一些自动化生产设备上,如遥控器、电动玩具等的自动化生产设备,常常需要将与遥控器、电动玩具等相配的5号或7号或其它规格的干电池一起入袋包装,一般自动化生产设备中的电池入料都是采用振动盘的方式,但现有的振动盘上料只能实现电池组有次序的排列上料,无法确保所有电池组的正负极都按照同样的方向上料,这对自动化生产设备的加工效率产生了极大的阻碍。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种能够快速识别电池组正负极且对其进行调整的夹取装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种识别并调整电池组正负极的夹取装置,所述装置包含有旋转气缸,所述旋转气缸设置的转轴上连接有气动手指,所述气动手指的夹爪为Y型或H型等夹爪,且两个夹爪的底部分别设置有短夹持块和长夹持块,所述短夹持块上设置有穿孔,该穿孔的两边开口分别正对对射型光纤线的发射端和接收端。
本实用新型一种识别并调整电池组正负极的夹取装置,所述对射型光纤线的发射端与光源相连,接收端与传感器相连。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的创新之处是:
本实用新型实现了对电池组正负极的识别,并可通过旋转气缸进行调整,保证了电池组按照同一方向进行排放上料。

具体实施方式:
参见图1~6,本实用新型涉及的一种识别并调整电池组正负极的夹取装置,所述装置包含有旋转气缸1,所述旋转气缸1设置的转轴上连接有气动手指2,所述气动手指2的夹爪3为Y型或H型等夹爪,且两个夹爪3的底部分别设置有短夹持块3.1和长夹持块3.2,所述短夹持块3.1上设置有穿孔3.3,该穿孔3.3的两边开口分别正对对射型光纤线4的发射端和接收端,即对射型光纤线4的发射端发出的光线穿过穿孔3.3后由接收端接收,上述对射型光纤线4的发射端与光源相连,接收端与传感器相连;
参见图4~6,本专利的工作原理为:当短夹持块3.1夹住电池组的正极,长夹持块3.2夹住电池组的负极时,由对射型光纤线4的发射端发出的光线穿过穿孔3.3后由接收端接收,此时即可表明方向正确;当短夹持块3.1夹住电池组的负极,长夹持块3.2夹住电池组的正极时,两个夹爪3之间的间距变长,此时穿孔3.3发生位移,由对射型光纤线4的发射端发出的光线将被短夹持块3.1阻挡,从而使得接收端接收不到光信号,此时即可得知方向错误,启动旋转气缸1转动180°,从而使得电池组的正负极得到了识别并进行了调整。

1.一种识别并调整电池组正负极的夹取装置,其特征在于:所述装置包含有旋转气缸(1),所述旋转气缸(1)上设置的转轴上连接有气动手指(2),且两个夹爪(3)的底部分别设置有短夹持块(3.1)和长夹持块(3.2),所述短夹持块(3.1)上设置有穿孔(3.3),该穿孔(3.3)的两边开口分别正对对射型光纤线(4)的发射端和接收端。
2.如权利要求1所述一种识别并调整电池组正负极的夹取装置,其特征在于:所述气动手指(2)的夹爪(3)为Y型或H型夹爪。
3.如权利要求1所述一种识别并调整电池组正负极的夹取装置,其特征在于:所述对射型光纤线(4)的发射端与光源相连,接收端与传感器相连。
