技术领域
本实用新型涉及储运罐制造领域，特别是涉及一种集装箱用沥青罐。
背景技术
目前，使用的沥青罐的烟道出口设置在罐体的尾部，烟道即气道，燃烧器产生的热源或由其他燃烧介质、设备产生的热能在气道传输的过程中，以热辐射的方式将热量传递给接触气道的沥青罐体，罐体内的沥青受热融化；但是，由于热气流在气道中运行到烟道出口时，烟道出口设置在罐体的尾部是平行于燃烧器，这样热气流容易顺着烟道散发到罐体外，导致热气流浪费，同时烟道设置在罐体的下部导致烟道下部与罐体底部之间沥青不容易融化，在放料时，烟道与罐体底部之间的沥青凝固，需要更多的热量才可以将沥青融化，这样造成更多的热量浪费，增加了成本，同时热量不能充分利用。

为了弥补现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的在于提供了一种集装箱用沥青罐，能够提高热量利用的效率，降低成本。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案予以实现。
一种集装箱用沥青罐，其特征在于，包括燃烧器、主烟道和两个分烟道，所述的燃烧器设置于沥青罐尾部的底部，所述主烟道设置于沥青罐首部的底部，所述主烟道的一端与燃烧器连通，所述主烟道的另一端分别与两个分烟道连通，两个分烟道分别沿沥青罐的两侧壁底部折回至沥青罐的尾部后再由沥青罐的顶部伸出。
本实用新型的特点和进一步特征在于：
所述的烟道出口上设置烟道盖。
所述燃烧器设置有活动的封口板。

如图1至4所示，本实用新型的一种集装箱用沥青罐，包括燃烧器2、主烟道1和两个分烟道3，所述的燃烧器2设置于沥青罐尾部的底部，所述主烟道1设置于沥青罐首部的底部，所述主烟道1的一端与燃烧器2连通，所述主烟道1的另一端分别与两个分烟道3连通，两个分烟道3分别沿沥青罐的两侧壁底部折回至沥青罐的尾部后再由沥青罐的顶部伸出。
其中，分烟道3出口上设置烟道盖。
其中，燃烧器2设置有活动的封口板。
本实施例一种集装箱用沥青罐的工作原理如下。
在燃烧器2里燃烧介质，热量通过主烟道1传至分烟道3，通过热量融化烟道周围沥青，这样便于将底部的沥青融化，在放料时，不需要过多的热量去融化底部的沥青，降低了成本，提高了热量的利用率，同时在分烟道出口设置了烟道盖，烟道盖减少热量的损失，热量遇到烟道盖时，热量回转至烟道口附近，热量进一步融化周围的沥青，提高了热量的利用率。
尽管以上结合附图对本实用新型的实施方案进行了描述，但是本实用新型并不局限于上述的具体实施方案和应用领域，上述的具体实施方案仅仅是示意性的、指导性的，而不是限制性的。本领域的普通技术人员在说明书的启示下，在不脱离本实用新型权利要求所保护的范围的情况下，还可以做出很多种的形式，这些均属于本实用新型保护之列。
