本实用新型属于汽车零部件生产领域,尤其是指一种工件压紧设备。
背景技术
应用于汽车涡轮增压器的执行器与电子旁通阀焊接工位,由于该生产线是托盘传输生产线,托盘上的夹具不能实现电气的控制,所以是夹具采用的是全手动操作的纯机械的方案,手动将执行器与电子旁通阀压紧,同时完成焊接,由于工件取放的限制,夹紧设备必须前后移动才不会与工件发生干涉,目前靠人工去压紧工件,压紧时间长,压紧力不稳定,压紧间隙难以保证,生产质量难以保证,生产效率低。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种移动式偏心锁紧快速夹紧机构,以解决人工去压紧工件,压紧间隙难以保证,生产效率低的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:基座通过螺钉与件滑轨固定连接,滑轨与滑块滑动连接,滑块通过螺钉与滑动座固定连接,滑动座通过铰链固定销轴与压板铰链转动连接,压板铰链通过螺钉与压板固定连接,压板铰链通过螺母与调整螺钉锁紧连接,凸轮把手通过把手固定销轴与滑动座转动连接,调整螺钉与凸轮把手接触连接,滑动定位块通过销与基座固定连接,复位弹簧安装在滑动座和压板铰链的园孔内,调整螺钉与凸轮把手接触连接。
本实用新型的优点在于:结构新颖,采用了纯机械式结构,利用手扳的凸轮顶杆机构同时完成了快速夹紧和移动后的位置锁定,实现了夹具中的移动式快速可靠夹紧,通过凸轮行程调节螺钉的调整,实现了夹紧机构在工作时前移,工作后能够后退避让,使压紧工件与前后移动的锁定同步完成,实现了对夹紧力的便利调整及快速移动后的可靠锁定,整个操作过程更简单、快速,并且夹紧力可调、锁紧也更加可靠。

具体实施方式
基座1通过螺钉与件滑轨2固定连接,滑轨2与滑块3滑动连接,滑块3通过螺钉与滑动座4固定连接,滑动座4通过铰链固定销轴11与压板铰链5转动连接,压板铰链5通过螺钉与压板6固定连接,压板铰链5通过螺母与调整螺钉7锁紧连接,凸轮把手8通过把手固定销轴10与滑动座4转动连接,调整螺钉7与凸轮把手8接触连接,滑动定位块9通过销与基座1固定连接,复位弹簧12安装在滑动座4和压板铰链5的园孔内,调整螺钉7与凸轮把手8接触连接。
工作过程:将凸轮把手向上抬起,在复位弹簧的张力作用下压板向上张开;将凸轮把手沿滑轨方向向前推,使压板向前移动至工作位置上方;将凸轮把手向下压紧,并放置在滑动定位块的凹槽内,压板向下压紧;由滑动定位块的凹槽同时实现凸轮把手向下转动的定位及沿滑轨方向移动位置的定位。

1.一种移动式偏心锁紧快速夹紧机构,其特征在于:基座通过螺钉与件滑轨固定连接,滑轨与滑块滑动连接,滑块通过螺钉与滑动座固定连接,滑动座通过铰链固定销轴与压板铰链转动连接,压板铰链通过螺钉与压板固定连接,压板铰链通过螺母与调整螺钉锁紧连接,凸轮把手通过把手固定销轴与滑动座转动连接,调整螺钉与凸轮把手接触连接,滑动定位块通过销与基座固定连接,复位弹簧安装在滑动座和压板铰链的园孔内,调整螺钉与凸轮把手接触连接。
