技术领域
本实用新型属于塑料拉丝机制作领域，尤其涉及塑料拉丝机烘烤板加热装置。
背景技术
塑料拉丝机利用聚丙烯、高密度乙烯为原料，经加热，挤出、剖丝、拉伸形成扁丝经收卷后供圆织机编织。拉丝机一般都进行了多次改进，可利用100%再生料，粉料或颗粒料拉制扁丝。挤出机的螺杆、机筒采用38CrMoAlA合金钢，经氮化处理，硬度达到Hv950以上。达到的标准是挤出机采用20CrMnTi合金钢制造的硬齿轮减速器，链轮采用45#中碳钢经高频淬火处理，牵引辊筒电镀硬铬，牵引机构增加自控张力收卷辊筒，挤出机料筒、三通和膜头采用铸铝加热圈加热，从而至于经久耐用只目的。
现有的加热装置一般均采用电热线圈加热，能耗较高，生产成本较高，有待改进。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的不足，提供了一种节能，省电30%，有效降低生产成本的用于塑料拉丝机烘烤板加热装置。
为实现本实用新型目的，提供了以下技术方案：一种用于塑料拉丝机烘烤板加热装置，包括感应加热电源、保温隔热层以及加热体，所述保温隔热层贴覆于烘烤板下表面，加热体均布于保温隔热层上，其特征在于所述加热体包括圆环基体、固定于圆环基体内孔的不锈钢框架，所述圆环基体内孔与不锈钢框架间依次设置有玻纤保温隔热层、远红外纳米电热膜片层、云母片层，不锈钢框架上开设有导热槽，导热槽内填充有石墨，基体上开设有盲孔，盲孔内填充有银浆并连接导线一端，导线另一端与感应加热电源连接。
作为优选，圆环基体外表面设置有电磁屏蔽层。
作为优选，圆环基体开设有测温孔和散热孔。
本实用新型的有益效果：本实用新型通过对加热装置的改进，大大降低了能耗，减少用电量30%以上。

1.一种用于塑料拉丝机烘烤板加热装置，包括感应加热电源、保温隔热层以及加热体，所述保温隔热层贴覆于烘烤板下表面，加热体均布于保温隔热层上，其特征在于所述加热体包括圆环基体、固定于圆环基体内孔的不锈钢框架，所述圆环基体内孔与不锈钢框架间依次设置有玻纤保温隔热层、远红外纳米电热膜片层、云母片层，不锈钢框架上开设有导热槽，导热槽内填充有石墨，基体上开设有盲孔，盲孔内填充有银浆并连接导线一端，导线另一端与感应加热电源连接。
