挤塑机是生产塑料管材的必要设备,其作用是将原料融化后挤出,而后通过挤塑机出料模具及冷却设备,将产品定型。现有的挤塑机出料模具包括外层口模及设于口模内与其配合的芯棒,芯棒为半径逐渐减小的,并至口模同齐位置保持小内径挤出的内径定型模具,目前芯棒自口模内部缩径至所需输出内径后保持水平延伸的平滑状态,此种芯棒不能做到管材内径的良好整形。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种提高管材整形度的挤塑机出料模具。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种提高管材整形度的挤塑机出料模具,包括外层口模及设于口模内与其配合的芯棒,所述芯棒前端水平延伸到与口模同齐位置,在芯棒的水平延伸段设有包裹水平延伸段的隔温套,所述隔温套壁厚为0.3mm-0.5mm。

由于在在芯棒的水平延伸段设有包裹水平延伸段的隔温套,所述隔温套壁厚为0.3mm-0.5mm,在原料以熔融状态通过口模与芯棒之间时,在管材的定径阶段,即芯棒自口模内部缩径至所需输出内径后,管材内径通过与隔温套摩擦提高管材内径的整形度,且当使用隔温套包裹芯棒的水平延伸段时,能够使管材逐渐的降温,并有效的提高出管效率。

由于在在芯棒的水平延伸段设有包裹水平延伸段的隔温套,所述隔温套壁厚为0.3mm-0.5mm,在原料以熔融状态通过口模与芯棒之间时,在管材的定径阶段,即芯棒自口模内部缩径至所需输出内径后,管材内径通过与隔温套摩擦提高管材内径的整形度,且当使用隔温套包裹芯棒的水平延伸段时,能够使管材逐渐的降温,并有效的提高出管效率。
