本实用新型涉及挤塑机装备领域,尤其涉及一种提高出管效率的挤塑机出料模具,包括外层口模及设于口模内与其配合的芯棒,所述芯棒前端水平延伸到与口模同齐位置,在芯棒端面上固定有与芯棒形状相同的内径整形隔温垫,在口模端面上固定有与口模形状相同的外径整形隔温垫。由于在芯棒端面上固定有与芯棒形状相同的内径整形隔温垫,在口模端面上固定有与口模形状相同的外径整形隔温垫,在原料以熔融状态通过挤塑机出料模具与冷却设备之间时,在管材的定型阶段,通过内外径对管材进行摩擦整形,使其在冷却后保持管材外观成型良好,且在挤塑机出料模具与冷却设备之间加入内径整形隔温垫及外径整形隔温垫,能够使管材逐渐的降温,并有效的提高出管效率。

本实用新型涉及挤塑机装备领域,尤其涉及一种提高出管效率的挤塑机出料模具。
背景技术
挤塑机是生产塑料管材的必要设备,其作用是将原料融化后挤出,而后通过挤塑机出料模具及冷却设备,将产品定型。现有的挤塑机出料模具包括外层口模及设于口模内与其配合的芯棒,芯棒为半径逐渐减小的,并至口模同齐位置保持小内径挤出的内径定型模具,目前芯棒自口模内部缩径至所需输出内径后保持水平延伸的平滑状态,此种挤塑机出料模具不能做到管材的良好整形并连接冷却设备,使得管材出管效率低,管材外观成型不好。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种管材外观成型良好,且提高出管效率的挤塑机出料模具。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种提高出管效率的挤塑机出料模具,包括外层口模及设于口模内与其配合的芯棒,所述芯棒前端水平延伸到与口模同齐位置,在芯棒端面上固定有与芯棒形状相同的内径整形隔温垫,在口模端面上固定有与口模形状相同的外径整形隔温垫。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
由于在芯棒端面上固定有与芯棒形状相同的内径整形隔温垫,在口模端面上固定有与口模形状相同的外径整形隔温垫,在原料以熔融状态通过挤塑机出料模具与冷却设备之间时,在管材的定型阶段,通过内外径对管材进行摩擦整形,使其在冷却后保持管材外观成型良好,且在挤塑机出料模具与冷却设备之间加入内径整形隔温垫及外径整形隔温垫,能够使管材逐渐的降温,并有效的提高出管效率。

如图1所示,本实用新型安装在挤塑机1前端,包括外层口模2及设于口模内与其配合的芯棒4,所述芯棒前端水平延伸到与口模同齐位置,在芯棒端面上固定有与芯棒形状相同的内径整形隔温垫6,在口模端面上固定有与口模形状相同的外径整形隔温垫3。
由于在芯棒端面上固定有与芯棒形状相同的内径整形隔温垫,在口模端面上固定有与口模形状相同的外径整形隔温垫,在原料以熔融状态通过挤塑机出料模具与冷却设备之间时,在管材的定型阶段,通过内外径对管材进行摩擦整形,使其在冷却后保持管材外观成型良好,且在挤塑机出料模具与冷却设备之间加入内径整形隔温垫及外径整形隔温垫,能够使管材逐渐的降温,并有效的提高出管效率。
