一种速度管柱连续油管悬挂器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种连续油管速度管柱作业辅助设备,具体是一种速度管柱连续油管悬挂器。
背景技术
在产水气井开采中、后期,由于产层压力下降、水量增加,产出水不能及时排出,从而使气井产量降低,甚至出现将井压死。连续油管速度管柱排水采气工艺技术是在原井内欠平衡条件下下入直径更小的油管并悬挂于井口,通过减小气体上升截流面积,根据流体力学原理,较小流体面积上的流体速度增加,高速气流对产出液的携带能力大大增强,可有效减缓气井见水的时间。该技术具有施工时间短、增产见效快、生产周期长以及避免压井对地层造成伤害等优点;连续油管速度管柱生产工艺是用专门的连续油管速度管柱悬挂器将一定设计长度的直径1~2英寸的连续油管下入到原生产管柱中,形成新的生产管柱进行生产,连续油管速度管柱工艺在气井后期的增产增收中能够起到重要的作用。
但是在高压气田区域连续油管速度管柱作业中出现以下问题:
连续油管速度管柱悬挂器无法密封井底压力,在连续油管速度管柱悬挂器环空无法实现密封,为作业安全留下隐患。
连续油管速度管柱悬挂器无法实现悬挂油管的功能;出现连续油管在井底压力作用下向上滑动,无法实施连续油管作业工艺,且为井口安全作业留下隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够密封连续油管速度管柱作业过程中的连续油管的外环空、悬挂连续油管的速度管柱连续油管悬挂器,安全可靠。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种速度管柱连续油管悬挂器,包括连续油管和工字法兰,还包括上卡瓦总成、下卡瓦总成、上壳体、中间壳体和下壳体,所述上壳体、中间壳体和下壳体依次自上而下竖向设置并均开设有上下贯通的中孔,所述工字法兰、上壳体、中间壳体和下壳体的中孔一一正对设置,所述工字法兰固定设置在所述上壳体的顶部,并通过密封垫密封,所述工字法兰的中孔与所述上壳体的中孔正对设置,所述连续油管从上向下依次穿过所述所述工字法兰、上壳体、中间壳体和下壳体的中孔,并伸出所述下壳体,所述工字法兰的中孔内、所述连续油管的上端设有二次密封包,所述工字法兰的中孔内、所述二次密封包的上方设有压紧螺母,所述二次密封包通过所述压紧螺母压紧并密封所述连续油管的上端;
所述上卡瓦总成卡接在所述上壳体的中孔内壁上,并套接在所述连续油管上,所述上壳体的侧壁上设有伸入所述上壳体的中孔的第一顶丝组,所述第一顶丝组的末端锥面与所述上卡瓦总成的上端边缘顶紧,所述中间壳体的中孔顶部周向开设有环形槽,在所述环形槽的内壁上固定设置有悬挂支持套,所述下卡瓦总成卡接在所述悬挂支持套内,并套接在所述连续油管上,所述中间壳体的中孔内壁上、所述悬挂支持套下方固定设置有连管密封组,所述中间壳体的中孔内、所述连管密封组下方周向固定设置有密封组支撑套,所述中间壳体和下壳体的中孔内壁上、所述密封组支撑套的下方固定设置有至少一副驱动活塞,在所述中间壳体和下壳体的侧壁上分别设有连通所述驱动活塞的上油口和下油口,所述下壳体的侧壁上设有伸入所述下壳体的中孔的第二顶丝组,所述第二顶丝组的末端锥面与所述驱动活塞的下端边缘顶紧。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、通过所述驱动活塞向上压缩所述连管密封组,密封所述连续油管的外环空,同时操作所述第而顶丝组锁紧所述驱动活塞,保持对所述连续油管的外环空的密封,密封可靠性高,避免了油气采集过程中的油气泄漏问题,安全可靠。
2、通过朝向相反的上卡瓦总成和下卡瓦总成悬挂所述连续油管,避免所述连续油管速度管柱作业过程中被井底压力和所述连续油管的自重影响而上下滑动,能够顺利的实施连续油管速度管柱作业工艺,保证了井口作业的安全。
3、经济实用,采用本实用新型可以使高压、高硫化氢等生产井在不压井的情况下实现增产作业,大大节约了生产成本、减少了生产作业时间,节约了人力成本,同时提高了生产效率。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本实用新型还可以做如下改进。
进一步,考虑到实现所述上卡瓦总成和下卡瓦总成对所述连续油管的悬挂并保证其悬挂可靠性,所述上卡瓦总成和下卡瓦总成均由卡瓦座、卡瓦、支持螺钉、导向螺钉、闭合螺钉和卡瓦锁紧螺钉组成,所述卡瓦座由两块形状尺寸一致的半卡瓦座组成,两块半卡瓦座通过所述闭合螺钉固定连接,所述卡瓦设置在所述卡瓦座的内部,所述支持螺钉穿过所述卡瓦座的侧壁上部与所述卡瓦固定连接,在所述卡瓦座的侧壁中部开设有导向槽,所述导向螺钉位于所述导向槽内,并穿过所述卡瓦座的侧壁与所述卡瓦固定连接,所述卡瓦锁紧螺钉穿过所述卡瓦座的侧壁底部,并向上顶紧所述卡瓦。
进一步,考虑到提升所述工字法兰和上壳体的中孔接触处的密封可靠性,所述密封垫为歧型垫环。
进一步,考虑到提升所述第一顶丝组和第二顶丝分别顶紧所述上卡瓦总成和驱动活塞的可靠性,所述第一顶丝组和第二顶丝组均为NTV顶丝组。
进一步,考虑到保证所述工字法兰与所述上壳体固定的可靠性,所述工字法兰和上壳体通过带螺母的第一双头螺柱固定连接。
进一步,考虑到便于本实用新型连接配套设备(固定本实用新型的外接设备),所述工字法兰的顶部竖向固定设置有多根带螺母的第二双头螺柱。
进一步,考虑到进一步提升对所述连续油管上端密封的可靠性,所述工字法兰的顶部、所述压紧螺母上套接有密封环。
进一步,考虑到保证所述上壳体与所述中间壳体固定的可靠性,所述上壳体和中间壳体通过内六角螺钉固定连接。
进一步,考虑到保证所述中间壳体与所述下壳体固定的可靠性,所述中间壳体和下壳体通过带螺母的第三双头螺柱固定连接。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本实用新型,并非用于限定本实用新型的范围。
如图1所示,一种速度管柱连续油管21悬挂器,包括连续油管21和工字法兰6,还包括上卡瓦总成11、下卡瓦总成12、上壳体10、中间壳体16和下壳体20,上壳体10、中间壳体16和下壳体20依次自上而下竖向设置并均开设有上下贯通的中孔,工字法兰6、上壳体10、中间壳体16和下壳体20的中孔一一正对设置,工字法兰6固定设置在上壳体10的顶部,并通过密封垫7密封,工字法兰6的中孔与上壳体10的中孔正对设置,连续油管21从上向下依次穿过工字法兰6、上壳体10、中间壳体16和下壳体20的中孔,并伸出下壳体20,工字法兰6的中孔内、连续油管21的上端设有二次密封包4,工字法兰6的中孔内、二次密封包4的上方设有压紧螺母3,二次密封包4通过压紧螺母3压紧并密封连续油管21的上端;
上卡瓦总成11卡接在上壳体10的中孔内壁上,并套接在连续油管21上,上壳体10的侧壁上设有伸入上壳体10的中孔的第一顶丝组9,第一顶丝组9的末端锥面与上卡瓦总成11的上端边缘顶紧,中间壳体16的中孔顶部周向开设有环形槽,在环形槽的内壁上固定设置有悬挂支持套13,下卡瓦总成12卡接在悬挂支持套13内,并套接在连续油管21上,上卡瓦总成11和下卡瓦总成12的相对端面的距离控制在40~60mm之间,中间壳体16的中孔内壁上、悬挂支持套13下方固定设置有连管密封组14,中间壳体16的中孔内、连管密封组14下方周向固定设置有密封组支撑套15,中间壳体16和下壳体20的中孔内壁上、密封组支撑套15的下方固定设置有两副驱动活塞17,在中间壳体16和下壳体20的侧壁上分别设有连通驱动活塞17的上油口17-1和下油口17-2,下壳体20的侧壁上设有伸入下壳体20的中孔的第二顶丝组18,第二顶丝组18的末端锥面与驱动活塞17的下端边缘顶紧。
如图1、图2和图3所示,本实施例中,上卡瓦总成11和下卡瓦总成12均由卡瓦座22、卡瓦23、支持螺钉24、导向螺钉25、闭合螺钉27和卡瓦锁紧螺钉26组成,卡瓦座22由两块形状尺寸一致的半卡瓦座组成,两块半卡瓦座通过闭合螺钉27固定连接,卡瓦23设置在卡瓦座22的内部,支持螺钉24穿过卡瓦座22的侧壁上部与卡瓦23固定连接,在卡瓦座22的侧壁中部开设有导向槽,导向螺钉25位于导向槽内,并穿过卡瓦座22的侧壁与卡瓦23固定连接,卡瓦锁紧螺钉26穿过卡瓦座22的侧壁底部,并向上顶紧卡瓦23。密封垫7为歧型垫环。第一顶丝组9和第二顶丝组18均为NTV顶丝组。工字法兰6和上壳体10通过带螺母的第一双头螺柱5固定连接。工字法兰6的顶部竖向固定设置有多根带螺母的第二双头螺柱1。工字法兰6的顶部、压紧螺母3上套接有密封环2。上壳体10和中间壳体16通过内六角螺钉8固定连接。中间壳体16和下壳体20通过带螺母的第三双头螺柱19固定连接。
工作原理:
通过液压站向下油口17-2打压,使驱动活塞17向上压缩连管密封组14,密封连续油管21的外环空,并操作第二顶丝组18锁紧驱动活塞17,保持对连续油管21的外环空的密封要解除密封,可松开第二顶丝组18,并通过液压站向上油口17-1打压即可。当二次密封包4未打开时,井底压力对连续油管21向上的推力大于悬挂的连续油管21的自重,连续油管21向上滑动,这时在上卡瓦总成11的卡瓦23作用下悬挂住连续油管21向上的推力;当二次密封包4打开时,连续油管21上下截面的力平衡,这时在连续油管21自重的作用下,连续油管21向下滑动,下卡瓦总成12的卡瓦23起作用,止住连续油管21向下滑动并悬挂连续油管21的自重。从而即密封连续油管21外环空,又能够上下悬挂连续油管21,保证连续油管21速度管柱作业的正常进行。

1.一种速度管柱连续油管悬挂器,包括连续油管(21)和工字法兰(6),其特征在于:还包括上卡瓦总成(11)、下卡瓦总成(12)、上壳体(10)、中间壳体(16)和下壳体(20),所述上壳体(10)、中间壳体(16)和下壳体(20)依次自上而下竖向设置并均开设有上下贯通的中孔,所述工字法兰(6)、上壳体(10)、中间壳体(16)和下壳体(20)的中孔一一正对设置,所述工字法兰(6)固定设置在所述上壳体(10)的顶部,并通过密封垫(7)密封,所述工字法兰(6)的中孔与所述上壳体(10)的中孔正对设置,所述连续油管(21)从上向下依次穿过所述工字法兰(6)、上壳体(10)、中间壳体(16)和下壳体(20)的中孔,并伸出所述下壳体(20),所述工字法兰(6)的中孔内、所述连续油管(21)的上端设有二次密封包(4),所述工字法兰(6)的中孔内、所述二次密封包(4)的上方设有压紧螺母(3),所述二次密封包(4)通过所述压紧螺母(3)压紧并密封所述连续油管(21)的上端;
所述上卡瓦总成(11)卡接在所述上壳体(10)的中孔内壁上,并套接在所述连续油管(21)上,所述上壳体(10)的侧壁上设有伸入所述上壳体(10)的中孔的第一顶丝组(9),所述第一顶丝组(9)的末端锥面与所述上卡瓦总成(11)的上端边缘顶紧,所述中间壳体(16)的中孔顶部周向开设有环形槽,在所述环形槽的内壁上固定设置有悬挂支持套(13),所述下卡瓦总成(12)卡接在所述悬挂支持套(13)内,并套接在所述连续油管(21)上,所述中间壳体(16)的中孔内壁上、所述悬挂支持套(13)下方固定设置有连管密封组(14),所述中间壳体(16)的中孔内、所述连管密封组(14)下方周向固定设置有密封组支撑套(15),所述中间壳体(16)和下壳体(20)的中孔内壁上、所述密封组支撑套(15)的下方固定设置有至少一副驱动活塞(17),在所述中间壳体(16)和下壳体(20)的侧壁上分别设有连通所述驱动活塞(17)的上油口(17-1)和下油口(17-2),所述下壳体(20)的侧壁上设有伸入所述下壳体(20)的中孔的第二顶丝组(18),所述第二顶丝组(18)的末端锥面与所述驱动活塞(17)的下端边缘顶紧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种速度管柱连续油管悬挂器,其特征在于:所述上卡瓦总成(11)和下卡瓦总成(12)均由卡瓦座(22)、卡瓦(23)、支持螺钉(24)、导向螺钉(25)、闭合螺钉(27)和卡瓦锁紧螺钉(26)组成,所述卡瓦座(22)由两块形状尺寸一致的半卡瓦座组成,两块半卡瓦座通过所述闭合螺钉(27)固定连接,所述卡瓦(23)设置在所述卡瓦座(22)的内部,所述支持螺钉(24)穿过所述卡瓦座(22)的侧壁上部与所述卡瓦(23)固定连接,在所述卡瓦座(22)的侧壁中部开设有导向槽,所述导向螺钉(25)位于所述导向槽内,并穿过所述卡瓦座(22)的侧壁与所述卡瓦(23)固定连接,所述卡瓦锁紧螺钉(26)穿过所述卡瓦座(22)的侧壁底部,并向上顶紧所述卡瓦(23)。
