本实用新型公开了一种橡胶破碎机破胶装置,包括通过轴承座水平并排安装于机架上的沟辊和光辊以及辊体传动机构,所述沟辊连接辊体传动机构成为主动辊,所述光辊为空转的从动辊;所述辊体传动机构为电机带动的齿轮减速机构。本实用新型将光辊转动改为摩擦力带动后,对滚的沟辊和光辊间会产生转速差,而速比差越大,剪切过程中对胶料产生的撕扯力也越大,有利于提高橡胶破碎的效率。

(一)技术领域:
本实用新型涉及橡胶破碎设备部件,具体为一种橡胶破碎机破胶装置。
(二)背景技术:
随着橡胶使用量的大幅度攀升,大量报废轮胎和废旧橡胶制品也随之产生,如不能及时处理,不仅造成资源浪费,还给社会环境带来污染。虽然目前对废旧橡胶回收利用的方法很多,但无论采用何种方法都离不开对废旧橡胶进行切块和粉碎的生产工序。
对废旧橡胶进行切块和粉碎采用的设备为橡胶破碎机,传统的橡胶破碎机包括机架、电动机、减速器、破胶辊、入料口和出料口。其中破胶辊设置在机座上,并由主动的沟辊和被动的光辊组成;入料口位于破胶辊的正上方,出料口则位于破胶辊的正下方。
上述结构中,沟辊和光辊的轴线相平行,且沟辊和光辊相互靠近,电动机经过减速器与沟辊的转轴相连,带动沟辊旋转,而光辊则通过齿轮传动进行逆向滚动,由此产生剪切力而将橡胶块切断。该过程存在齿轮传动带来的能耗增加的问题,同时由于沟辊和光辊以相同速比对滚转动,其在胶块破碎的过程中基本上只产生剪切力,而橡胶是一种高弹性高韧性的物质,仅利用剪切力不足以提升生产效率。
因此,为了降低能耗,提高单位时间内的产量,需对橡胶破碎机作进一步改进。
(三)实用新型内容:
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提出了一种提高生产效率并降低单位能耗的橡胶破碎机破胶装置。
能够解决上述技术问题的橡胶破碎机破胶装置,其技术方案包括通过轴承座水平并排安装于机架上的沟辊(辊面上均布有斜向的凸齿)和光辊以及辊体传动机构,与现有技术所不同的是所述沟辊连接辊体传动机构成为主动辊,所述光辊为空转的从动辊,胶料在沟辊和光辊之间进行剪切的过程中,光辊依靠胶料于辊面上产生的摩擦力带动。
所述辊体传动机构常规上采用电机带动的齿轮减速机构。
本实用新型的有益效果:
1、本实用新型橡胶破碎机破胶装置是将传统的光辊传动系统去除,避免了设备运行过程中,当出现空转或下料不足时造成的能量无谓消耗。
2、本实用新型将光辊转动改为摩擦力带动后,两个对滚的辊体间会产生转速差,而速比差越大,剪切过程中对胶料产生的撕扯力也越大,有利于提高橡胶破碎的效率。

下面结合附图所示实施方式对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步说明。
橡胶破碎机包括机架、电动机、减速机(齿轮减速机构4)、破胶装置、入料口和出料口。
所述的橡胶破碎机破胶装置包括水平并排的沟辊2(设在右侧)和光辊3(设在左侧),所述沟辊2和光辊3之间的间隔(相互靠近形成)形成胶料剪切区,所述沟辊2和光辊3分别通过前、后两端的轴承座1安装于机架上,将右侧沟辊2设为主动辊,即将沟辊2的一轴端连接齿轮减速机构4的末级齿轮传动轴,将左侧光辊3设为空转的从动辊,即光辊3不与齿轮减速机构4连接,如图1所示。
所述入料口设于沟辊2和光辊3之间的胶料剪切区上方,所述出料口设于沟辊2和光辊3之间的胶料剪切区下方。
本实用新型的运行方式:
启动电动机,电动机通过齿轮减速机构4带动沟辊2转动,破碎橡料时,光辊3辊面上的橡料产生的摩擦力带动光辊3转动,两对滚的沟辊2和光辊3由于转速不同,形成对胶料的撕扯,从而到达破碎胶料的目的。

2.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶破碎机破胶装置,其特征在于:所述辊体传动机构为电机带动的齿轮减速机构(4)。
