所述出料口上设有控制阀。
将钒氮合金生球装入装料箱3内进行称重，当钒氮合金生球达到一定数量时，提起插板5，钒氮合金生球会顺着斜板4滑出，落到进料斗内7，电机11带动绞盘12通过钢丝绳13将滑块10边侧的进料斗7升起，通过出料口8将钒氮合金生球落到烧结匣体中，从而完成烧结匣体的加料，不仅节省人工，提高加料效率。
