背景技术
目前，在卤制品生产过程中，特别是卤蛋制品的生产过程中，卤蛋在蒸煮锅中通过卤汁煮熟，一般要通过周转车运往包装车间，由于卤蛋表面和体内都会附着些卤汁，为了提高生产效率，通常无法等到卤蛋上面全部卤汁全部流干净，传统的周转车在转运过程中，会将卤汁洒落在地上，不但影响了环境卫生，而且还浪费了卤汁原料。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种移动式卤制品生产卤汁回收装置，本实用新型有效解决了卤蛋在生产过程中，采用传统的周转车，不但会造成环境污染，而且浪费原料，增加企业生产成本的问题，本实用新型结构科学合理，制造成本低，便于推广应用。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现：
一种移动式卤制品生产卤汁回收装置，包括周转车车架（1）以及周转车车架（1）上设置的周转厢体（2），其特征在于：所述周转厢体（2）内设置分体式格栅层（3），格栅层（3）两端设置有把手（31），格栅层（3）通过把手（31）与周转厢体（2）卡接，格栅层（3）下表面设置有无纺布材料制成的过滤层（33）；所述周转厢体（2）底部两侧向中部倾斜，呈“V”型，周转厢体（2）底部的中部位置设置有排水孔（21），排水孔（21）上对应设置有阀门（22）。

三、本实用新型采用分体式格式层，在转运卤蛋过程中，可直接通过格栅层将卤蛋卸载于指定地点，提高了便利性。

如图1所示，本实用新型包括周转车车架1以及周转车车架1上设置的周转厢体2，所述周转厢体2内设置分体式格栅层3，格栅层3两端设置有把手31，格栅层3通过把手31与周转厢体2卡接，格栅层3下表面设置有无纺布材料制成的过滤层33，过滤层33四周通过紧固件与格栅层3下表面固定；所述周转厢体2底部两侧向中部倾斜，呈“V”型，周转厢体2底部的中部位置设置有排水孔21，排水孔21上对应设置有阀门22，所述周转车车架1上还活动设置有集水容器4，集水容器4设置于周转厢体2下部，与排水孔21位置相对应，格栅层3由304不锈钢材料制成，格栅层3上设置有多个通孔32。
