一、技术领域：本实用新型涉及一种运输车辆，特别是涉及一种仓库电能表周转专用车。
二.背景技术：随着用电形势的增长，电能表的需求也随之增长，现有库房对于电能表的存放和周转存在面积不足的缺陷，另外，现有电能表周转车辆的设计不合理，在库房内不同区域之间不能通用，电能表从拆箱待检到检定再到鉴定后领走需要换车周转五次，也就是需要装卸多次，因而劳动强度大，工作效率低。
三.实用新型内容：
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：克服现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单、运载方便、劳动强度低且工作效率高的仓库电能表周转专用车。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种仓库电能表周转专用车，含有车架和万向轮，所述车架含有底板，所述底板为长方形，并且，所述底板四周边上均设置有向上的围板，相邻围板固定在一起，所述底板的下表面上设置四个所述万向轮。
所述底板中间设置有贯通孔。所述万向轮由聚氨酯材料制成；所述围板上端设置有向外的翻边。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
1、本实用新型只需装卸一次即可使电能表从拆箱待检到检定再到鉴定后领走，完成整个工序，中间不需要转换周转车，因而，劳动强度低且工作效率高。
2、本实用新型底板上设置围板，能够固定电能表包装箱，便于工作人员直接推动电能表包装箱使车架向前运动。
3、本实用新型底板中间设置贯通孔，节约材料，并且减轻车架的重量，便于车架前行和转向。另外，万向轮采用聚氨酯材料制成，耐磨性好、承压高、不易变形，能够长期存放一定重量的货物。
4、本实用新型结构简单、运载方便、劳动强度低且工作效率高，其适用范围广，推广后具有良好的经济效益。

五.具体实施方式：
实施例：参见图1、图2和图3，图中，1-车架，2-万向轮，3-贯通孔。
仓库电能表周转专用车含有车架1和万向轮2，车架1含有底板，底板为长方形，并且，底板四周边上均设置有向上的围板，相邻围板固定在一起，底板的下表面上设置四个万向轮2。
根据需要，在底板中间设置有贯通孔，节约材料，并且减轻车架的重量。万向轮2由聚氨酯材料制成；围板上端设置有向外的翻边。
使用时，将电能表包装箱放置在底板上，围板能够阻挡电能表包装箱掉出底板，因而，工作人员直接推动电能表包装箱即可使车架向前运动。
