本实用新型涉及管材生产线的相关技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种真空箱节水喷淋装置。
背景技术
目前,国内管材生产线的真空喷淋箱都是直接喷洒水到管材表面,无论大管和小管,箱体所有的喷头全部接通,直接喷洒水到管材表面上,而往往小管和大管在有限的接触和散热面积的情况下,散发的热量是一样的,这种方式浪费大量的水资源,增加了制造企业的生产成本;而且,如果喷淋小管的时候,还需要调节喷头离管材的距离增加对小管喷射的压力,工序繁琐。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种真空箱节水喷淋装置,以解决传统的喷淋箱不分管材大小直接开启所有喷头喷洒水到管材表面,浪费大量的水资源,且喷淋小管工序繁琐的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
一种真空箱节水喷淋装置,包括分水环,分水环左右两侧呈环形均匀设有四个喷淋管区,每个喷淋管区包括喷淋管,所述喷淋管上安装了由球阀分别控制启闭的大管喷头和小管喷头。
本实用新型中,分水环是设置在真空喷淋箱内的,通过四个喷淋管区的设置控制管区里对应的喷头可以全面对不同大小的管材进行喷淋冷却,针对大小管材的冷却采用不同的喷头进行喷淋,大管材采用大管喷头,小管材采用小管喷头,它们分别由与其对应连接的球阀控制。
具体地,所述四个喷淋管区分别为第一喷淋管区、第二喷淋管区、第三喷淋管区和第四喷淋管区,所述每个喷淋管区包括了三个呈环形均匀设置的喷头,由上至下分别为大管喷头、小管喷头和大管喷头。
所述每个大管喷头由安装在喷淋管上的大管球阀控制启闭,所述每个小管喷头由安装在喷淋管上的小管球阀控制启闭。
本实用新型中,当生产大管的时候,打开大管球阀,关闭小管球阀,水从大管球阀进入大管喷头,水珠均匀地喷洒在管材表面;当生产小管的时候,打开小管球阀,关闭大管球阀,水从小管球阀进入小管喷头,不用自动调节喷头的喷洒角度,水珠均匀地喷洒在管材表面。
所述分水环整体为圆环形结构。
进一步地,本实用新型采用两个或两个以上并排的分水环,可根据真空喷淋箱的长度来确定。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有的有益效果是:通过对大小管球阀的控制,控制了喷淋头的喷洒水量,实现对不同大小管材,进行节水喷淋方式的控制,节省了大量的水资源,降低了企业的生产成本;另外针对小管冷却可以采用喷射距离更远的喷头。

实施例:
如图1、图2所示,一种真空箱节水喷淋装置,包括整体圆环形结构的分水环5,分水环左右两侧呈环形均匀设有四个喷淋管区,所述四个喷淋管区分别为第一喷淋管区A、第二喷淋管区B、第三喷淋管区C和第四喷淋管区D,所述每个喷淋管区包括了三个呈环形均匀设置的喷头,由上至下分别为大管喷头1、小管喷头2和大管喷头1。
所述每个大管喷头1由安装在喷淋管上的大管球阀5控制启闭,所述每个小管喷头2由安装在喷淋管上的小管球阀6控制启闭。
当管材进入真空喷淋箱冷却前,根据管材的大小,手动调节球阀;当生产大管4的时候,打开大管球阀5,关闭小管球阀6,水从大管球阀6进入大管喷头1,根据大管的管径合理地布置好各自的喷水口,相关喷头喷洒出的水珠形成了一个封闭式的水珠圈,使水珠均匀地喷洒在管材的表面,用水量不多也不少,刚好冷却到管材;当生产小管3的时候,打开小管球阀6,关闭大管球阀5,水从小管球阀6进入小管喷头2,根据小管的管径合理地布置好各自的喷水口,不用自动调节喷口的喷洒角度,相关喷头喷洒出的水珠形成了一个封闭式的水珠圈,水珠均匀的喷洒在管材的表面。

1.一种真空箱节水喷淋装置,其特征在于,包括分水环,分水环左右两侧呈环形均匀设有四个喷淋管区,每个喷淋管区包括喷淋管,所述喷淋管上安装了由球阀分别控制启闭的大管喷头和小管喷头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空箱节水喷淋装置,其特征在于,所述四个喷淋管区分别为第一喷淋管区、第二喷淋管区、第三喷淋管区和第四喷淋管区,所述每个喷淋管区包括了三个呈环形均匀设置的喷头,由上至下分别为大管喷头、小管喷头和大管喷头。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的真空箱节水喷淋装置,其特征在于,所述每个大管喷头由安装在喷淋管上的大管球阀控制启闭,所述每个小管喷头由安装在喷淋管上的小管球阀控制启闭。
