本实用新型公开了一种新型虹吸式间歇大喷淋装置，它包括顶端设有自由气体管的罐体；罐体一侧的上部设有溶剂进管；罐体内设有虹吸喷淋管；虹吸喷淋管上部的虹吸弯管处设有调节阀；罐体另一侧的上部设有与调节阀相对应的插入口。由于罐体内的虹吸喷淋管上部的虹吸弯管处设有调节阀，操作人员可通过罐体一侧的插入口将手伸进罐体内来控制调节阀的从而调整虹吸喷淋管的虹吸量，从而适应不同油料切换对虹吸量的调整；同时，虹吸喷淋管的直径加大，提高了单位时间内的虹吸量，减少了溶剂的消耗，适应不同油料间的转换。本实用新型解决了现有技术不适应油料的转换、溶剂的消耗量大和虹吸量无法调节的技术问题。
Description
技术领域 本实用新型属于油脂浸出喷淋技术领域，具体涉及一种新型虹吸式间歇大喷淋装置。
背景技术 现有技术中，粮油厂生产油脂过程中浸出器上的虹吸大喷淋是保证浸出材料溶剂的供给和降低粕中的残油以便提高出油率的有效措施，但在生产过程中，不同的油料品种会进行正常转换，即花生油或玉米油或菜粕油的转换，由于不同的油料出油率各不相同，造成生产过程中有些品种出油率高，而有些品种出油率低的问题，这样会造成虹吸大喷淋装置不能正常工作，溶剂的消耗量也无从把握、消耗量大，不适应油料的转换；同时，不同油料所需的虹吸量也是不同的，而传统的虹吸量也不能调节。
发明目的 本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术存在不适应油料的转换、溶剂的消耗量大和虹吸量无法调节的技术问题，提供一种新型虹吸式间歇大喷淋装置，以解决现有技术的不足。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型一种新型虹吸式间歇大喷淋装置，它包括顶端设有自由气体管的罐体；所述罐体一侧的上部设有溶剂管；所述罐体内设有虹吸喷淋管；其要点是所述虹吸喷淋管上部的虹吸弯管处设有调节阀；所述罐体另一侧的上部设有与调节阀相对应的插入口。
为了提高单位时间内的虹吸量，所述虹吸喷淋管的内径为108mm。
本实用新型的结构合理、使用方便，由于罐体内的虹吸喷淋管上部的虹吸弯管处设有调节阀，操作人员可通过罐体一侧的插入口将手伸进罐体内来控制调节阀,从而调整虹吸喷淋管的虹吸量，从而适应不同油料切换对虹吸量的调整；同时，虹吸喷淋管的直径加大，提高了单位时间内的虹吸量，减少了溶剂的消耗，适应不同油料间的转换。本实用新型解决了现有技术不适应油料的转换、溶剂的消耗量大和虹吸量无法调节的技术问题。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种新型虹吸式间歇大喷淋装置，其特征是所述虹吸喷淋管（4）的内径为108mm。
