技术领域
本实用新型发明涉及环保领域的以氨水为还原剂的SNCR系统的脱硝系统氨水储运装置。
背景技术
在环保领域的脱硝系统用20-25%氨水作为还原剂的SNCR系统,存在氨区氨气的泄漏和排放问题,20-25%氨水在达到沸点36℃时易挥发出有毒、有刺激性和腐蚀性,甚至能使人窒息的氨气。氨气在空气中体积溶度达到16-25%时(最易引燃浓度17%),遇明火会发生爆炸,如有油类或其它可燃性物质存在,则危险性更高。运行中控制氨区空气内氨的浓度远低于爆炸下限,一般控制在5%。根据TJ36-79工业企业设计卫生标准,空气中最高容许浓度30mg/m3, NH3逃逸量>5ppm后会有明显的气味,>25ppm后会对人体健康有损害,为了创建更为安全可靠的环境,结合SNCR系统,研发了本项实用新型技术。
发明内容
本实用新型发明的目的是解决在20-25%氨水作为还原剂的SNCR系统的氨区氨气的泄漏和排放问题,使达到氨区氨气的零排放的问题。
本实用新型发明的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
     一种脱硝系统氨水储运装置,包括氨水槽车、氨水储存罐、和除盐水水箱,氨水槽车内的氨水通过氨水输入管路进入氨水储存罐,氨水储存罐通过氨气呼出管路与除盐水水箱相连,其特征在于:氨水储存罐与氨槽车顶部通过氨气回气管路连接,形成闭合回气回路,氨水加注时,经加注泵,氨水槽车内的氨水通过管道将氨水输入至氨水储存罐内,氨水储存罐罐顶接一根回气管通向氨水槽车,在卸氨时管道回气闭合,形成一个闭合回路,达到氨气的零排放;氨水储存罐顶部设有氨罐呼吸阀,氨罐呼吸阀通过氨气呼出管路与除盐水水箱相连,氨水储存罐内的氨气通过氨气喷嘴进入除盐水水箱,当环境温度升高时,罐内氨水温度达到沸点温度36℃时,罐内氨水具有易挥发性,罐顶配有一个呼吸阀,接一根管道通向SNCR系统内配有的除盐水水箱中,挥发性气体通过呼吸阀呼出进入到除盐水箱,溶解于水中,在系统中自我消化掉,从而达到氨气的零排放;对上述技术方案做进一步的限定,除盐水水箱内设有除盐水喷嘴、除盐水进液阀、手动除盐水进液阀、除盐水水箱溢流排污口和除盐水水箱液位计。
本实用新型发明与现有技术喜爱那个比具有以下有益效果:
1.环保安全,氨气零排放;
2.装置简单,维护方便。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的内容做进一步的说明:
如图所示为脱硝系统氨水储运装置系统结构图,包括氨气回气管路1、氨水输入管路2、氨罐呼吸阀3、氨气呼出管路4、氨气喷嘴5、除盐水进液阀6、溢流排污口7、除盐水水箱液位计8、氨水储存罐9、氨水槽车10、除盐水水箱11、除盐水喷嘴12、除盐水喷嘴13和手动除盐水进液阀14。
氨水加注时,氨水槽车10内的氨水从氨水输入管路2进入到氨水储存罐9内,氨水储存罐9内的氨气通过氨气回气管路1到氨水槽车10内,形成闭合回路,使得氨区氨气的零排放。
环境温度升高时,氨水储存罐9内温度达到氨水沸点36℃时,氨水挥发出氨气,氨气从氨气呼出管路4进入除盐水水箱11内,通过氨气喷嘴5使得氨气均匀的、更充分的与除盐水接触;同时除盐水通过除盐水喷嘴12或除盐水喷嘴13进入除盐水水箱,进行喷淋,使得氨气溶解于除盐水中,达到氨区空气内氨气的零排放。

1.一种脱硝系统氨水储运装置,包括氨水槽车、氨水储存罐、和除盐水水箱,氨水槽车内的氨水通过氨水输入管路进入氨水储存罐,氨水储存罐通过氨气呼出管路与除盐水水箱相连,其特征在于:氨水储存罐与氨槽车顶部通过氨气回气管路连接,形成闭合回气回路;氨水储存罐顶部设有氨罐呼吸阀,氨罐呼吸阀通过氨气呼出管路与除盐水水箱相连,氨水储存罐内的氨气通过氨气喷嘴进入除盐水水箱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的脱硝系统氨水储运装置,其特征在于:除盐水水箱内设有除盐水喷嘴、除盐水进液阀、手动除盐水进液阀、除盐水水箱溢流排污口和除盐水水箱液位计。
