Abstract
本实用新型提出一种气缸消声装置，能够有效降低气缸回气时产生的噪音，而且结构简单不易出故障。本实用新型的气缸消声装置包括外壳，所述外壳的一侧壁上开设有进气口，与该侧壁相对的另一侧壁上开设有出气口，所述进气口上装有进气连接管，所述外壳内部的空腔装有消声棉，所述进气连接管位于外壳内的一端管口顶触在消声棉上。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种气缸消声装置。
背景技术
气缸在工作过程中需要利用空气压缩机压缩空气，并利用压缩空气产生的气压推动活塞机构运动，而在这个过程中由于空气压缩使得气压升高，气流在进入和排出时均会产生较大的噪声。目前市场上针对气缸研发了较多的消声装置，但这些消声装置结构过于复杂，不仅使用成本高，而且故障率高，检修麻烦等。
实用新型内容
针对上述问题，本实用新型提出一种气缸消声装置，能够有效降低气缸回气时产生的噪音，而且结构简单不易出故障。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种气缸消声装置，包括外壳，所述外壳的一侧壁上开设有进气口，与该侧壁相对的另一侧壁上开设有出气口，所述进气口上装有进气连接管，所述外壳内部的空腔装有消声棉，所述进气连接管位于外壳内的一端管口顶触在消声棉上。
进一步的，所述外壳包括上盖和壳体，所述上盖的盖沿上凹设有环槽，所述环槽内装有橡胶密封圈，所述壳体的开口边沿上凸设有凸环，所述上盖与所述壳体固定连接，所述凸环插入所述环槽内。
通过以上描述可知，本实用新型与现有技术相比较，本实用新型具有如下优点：
本实用新型通过在外壳能填充消声棉，将进气连接管的管口顶触在消声棉上，使得气流放出后需要先经过消声棉，消声棉将使气体气压逐渐降低，从而达到降低噪声的目，本实用新型的结构简单，制造容易，故障率低，使用方便。

参照图1和图2，一种气缸消声装置，包括外壳1，所述外壳1的一侧壁上开设有进气口11，与该侧壁相对的另一侧壁上开设有出气口12，所述进气口11上装有进气连接管2，所述外壳1内部的空腔装有消声棉3，所述进气连接管2位于外壳内的一端管口顶触在消声棉3上。出气口11可以由多个出气孔组成。
为了方便更换和维护消声棉3，本实用新型的外壳包括上盖13和壳体14，所述上盖13的盖沿上凹设有环槽，所述环槽内装有橡胶密封圈，所述壳体14的开口边沿上凸设有凸环141，所述上盖13与所述壳体14固定连接，所述凸环插入所述环槽内。密封圈可避免气流从上盖和壳体的结合部位流出，影响消声效果。

1.一种气缸消声装置，其特征在于，包括外壳，所述外壳的一侧壁上开设有进气口，与该侧壁相对的另一侧壁上开设有出气口，所述进气口上装有进气连接管，所述外壳内部的空腔装有消声棉，所述进气连接管位于外壳内的一端管口顶触在消声棉上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种气缸消声装置，其特征在于：所述外壳包括上盖和壳体，所述上盖的盖沿上凹设有环槽，所述环槽内装有橡胶密封圈，所述壳体的开口边沿上凸设有凸环，所述上盖与所述壳体固定连接，所述凸环插入所述环槽内。
