背景技术
在原煤、中煤制样过程中，制样到13mm后，按国标缩分后仍有3.75kg ，但现用粉碎机破碎，每次只能破碎100g；制样到6mm后，制备水分样和分析煤样时，缩分后总量仍大于1.25kg[3.75-1.25]/2，这部分煤样要继续破碎至1mm方可再缩分，目前这部分煤样采用人工研磨，不仅劳动强度大、研磨效率低，而且研磨的煤样效果不好，在一定程度上影响采样质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目是提供一种矿用制样碾，解决现在煤样从6mm研磨到1mm时，需要人工研磨，劳动强度大，效率低的问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是：一种矿用制样碾，包括制样台，制样台上通过碾辊传动轴安装有碾辊，所述的碾辊传动轴下端固定连接有第一传动轮，制样台下部安装有传动轴，传动轴上部安装有从动轮，下部安装有第二传动轮，所述的从动轮与第一传动轮皮带连接，第二传动轮与电机皮带连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
1、一次可以碾压煤样4kg，碾压煤样皆小于1mm，提高了制样质量，达到国标要求；
2、代替了人工研磨，极大地减少了劳动强度；
3、研磨时间大大缩短，因此极大地提高了工作效率；
4、该装置结构简单，造价低廉，维修方便，经济适用。

如图1所示，一种矿用制样碾，包括制样台1，制样台1上通过碾辊传动轴2安装有碾辊3，碾辊传动轴2下端固定连接有第一传动轮4，制样台下部安装有传动轴5，传动轴5上部安装有从动轮6，下部安装有第二传动轮7，从动轮6与第一传动轮4皮带连接，第二传动轮7与电机8皮带连接。
