本实用新型涉及水处理技术领域，具体涉及一种水处理沉淀过滤净水装置。
背景技术
在水处理技术领域，沉淀、过滤有着广泛的应用，一般在两个处理单元进行。过滤是在推动力的作用下，位于一侧的悬浮液中的流体通过多孔介质的孔道向另一侧流动，颗粒则被截留，从而实现流体与颗粒的分离操作过程，过滤介质即为使流体通过而颗粒被截留的多孔介质，无论采用何种过滤方式，过滤介质总是必须的，一般采用石英砂，但是滤床的安装方式有很大不同，普遍都是固定式安装，滤料需要一定的级配，其缺点是清洗必须间断，清洗能耗较高，耗水量大，工作运行不连续，并且设备检修也较困难。
实用新型内容
本实用新型一种水处理沉淀过滤净水装置目的在于提供一种集沉淀、过滤为一体，基于逆流原理的连续运行过滤水处理设备。
本实用新型的目的通过下述技术方案实现：一种水处理沉淀过滤净水装置，其特征在于：主要由原水池、提升泵、竖流式沉淀池、流砂过滤器、清水池和空压机组成；所述竖流式沉淀池的出水管与流砂过滤器的进水管连通；所述空压机通过管道依次与稳压罐、EP控制柜及气提泵连接。
所述竖流式沉淀池的中心设置有中心管，且中心管通过管道与提升泵连接。
进一步的，所述流砂过滤器的中心上部设置有洗砂器，且洗砂器的底部与排泥管连接。
综上所述，本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有以下优点：本实用新型是集沉淀、过滤为一体，流动滤床装置相当于由多个砂滤单元组成，实现过滤连续运行，无需停机反冲洗，过滤效率高；采用单级滤料，无需级配；不需要反冲洗水设备；无需单设混凝、澄清池，无需混凝、澄清用机械设备，集澄清、过滤及在线清洗为一体，简化了工艺流程，占地面积更紧凑，运行费用更经济。

实施例：如图1和图2所示，一种水处理沉淀过滤净水装置，其特征在于：主要由原水池1、提升泵2、竖流式沉淀池4、流砂过滤器7、清水池14和空压机15组成；所述竖流式沉淀池4的出水管与流砂过滤器7的进水管连通；所述空压机15通过管道依次与稳压罐16、EP控制柜17及气提泵13连接。
所述竖流式沉淀池4的中心设置有中心管5，且中心管5通过管道与提升泵2连接。
进一步的，所述流砂过滤器7的中心上部设置有洗砂器8，且洗砂器8的底部与排泥管11连接。
本实用新型运行工作时：待处理水在原水池1中收集，通过提升泵2抽入竖流式沉淀池4的进水管中，通过进水管进入中心管5沉淀，污泥在泥斗6中收集，竖流式沉淀池4的出水管与流砂过滤器7的进水管连通，上清液通过流砂过滤器7的进水管进入流砂过滤器7，水由进水口进入布水器12分布到流砂过滤器7内部，经过滤料过滤后，经过流砂过滤器7的顶部的出水堰经出水口10流出，带有悬浮物的滤料，由气提泵13通过洗砂管提升到内洗砂器8清洗，EP控制柜17控制进入气提泵13压缩空气的气量和气压，过滤后的上清液进入洗砂器8对滤料进行清洗，通过机械摩擦作用和紊流作用使污染物从滤料表面分离出来，清洗出来的泥浆从排泥管11排出，清洗后的滤料循环进入过滤器内，再进行过滤操作。
如上所述，便可较好的实现本实用新型。

1.一种水处理沉淀过滤净水装置，其特征在于：主要由原水池(1)、提升泵(2)、竖流式沉淀池(4)、流砂过滤器(7)、清水池(14)和空压机(15)组成；所述竖流式沉淀池(4)的出水管与流砂过滤器(7)的进水管连通；所述空压机(15)通过管道依次与稳压罐(16)、EP控制柜(17)及气提泵(13)连接，所述竖流式沉淀池(4)的中心设置有中心管(5)，且中心管(5)通过管道与提升泵(2)连接，所述流砂过滤器(7)的中心上部设置有洗砂器(8)，且洗砂器(8)的底部与排泥管(11)连接。
