本实用新型公开了一种用于浮法生产盖板玻璃时退火窑内低温区的传送辊道,包括设置在退火窑低温区的多根石墨环辊,其中,石墨环辊包括离心铸管(2)及套设在离心铸管(2)上的多个石墨环(1),每根石墨环辊的多个石墨环(1)在离心铸管(2)上等间距分布。本实用新型采用上述结构,整体结构简单,便于实现,成本低,本实用新型应用于退火窑的低温区,能减少与玻璃带(3)的接触面积,降低玻璃带(3)被硌伤的机率,提高成品率,且能提高玻璃带(3)冷却效率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及浮华盖板玻璃生产领域,具体是用于浮华生产盖板玻璃时退火窑内低温区的传送辊道。
背景技术
退火窑作为浮法盖板玻璃生产时的三大热工设备之一,对玻璃的成品率有着直接的影响,而退火窑辊道及其传动装置是退火窑的重要组成部分,主要是运送在锡槽内已成型的玻璃带在退火窑内进行徐冷退火。其中,辊道是直接与玻璃带接触的部件,其材质和性能会对玻璃平整度、表面质量及玻璃成品率产生直接影响。
目前在浮法盖板玻璃退火窑辊道材质的选用上,因陶瓷辊具有导热系数底、表面强度大,耐高温、抗氧化等优点,考虑环保和安全生产的要求,现今退火窑主要采用陶瓷辊。然而陶瓷价格高,考虑投资费用等问题,若在退火窑低温区使用陶瓷辊,成本较高,并非最佳选择。现今退火窑低温区普遍采用石棉辊或钢辊来满足盖板玻璃生产需要,然而,石棉辊上的石棉纤维会对危害人体身体健康,不环保,在玻璃板出现炸板时,石棉辊上易粘玻璃屑,难清理,石棉辊上粘上的玻璃屑会使玻璃表面出现硌伤,钢辊在玻璃板出现炸板时易在辊面产生飞剌,辊面的飞剌也会对玻璃下表面造成硌伤。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决现今退火窑低温区的辊道易使玻璃下表面硌伤的问题,提供了一种用于浮华生产盖板玻璃时退火窑内低温区的传送辊道,其应用时能降低玻璃带出现硌伤的机率,提高成品率。
本实用新型解决上述问题主要通过以下技术方案实现:用于浮华生产盖板玻璃时退火窑内低温区的传送辊道,包括设置在退火窑低温区的多根石墨环辊,所述石墨环辊包括离心铸管及套设在离心铸管上的多个石墨环,每根石墨环辊的多个石墨环在离心铸管上等间距分布。本实用新型应用时,石墨环辊外接传动系统,玻璃带放置在石墨环上,传动系统带动离心铸管转动,石墨环随离心铸管转动,在石墨环的带动作用下玻璃带移位。
进一步的,所述石墨环和离心铸管均设置有键槽,离心铸管上的多个键槽等间距排布,离心铸管的每个键槽处均对应设置一个石墨环,所述石墨环通过穿过石墨环的键槽并嵌入离心铸管的键槽内的键固定在离心铸管上。
进一步的,所述离心铸管的材质采用碳钢材质或不锈钢材质。
为了阻止石墨环向离心铸管传热,进一步的,所述石墨环与离心铸管之间设置有隔热层。
进一步的,所述隔热层采用耐温隔热棉制成。
为了便于对玻璃带均匀支承,进一步的,所述退火窑低温区的任意相邻两根石墨环辊的石墨环错位设置。
进一步的,所述石墨环包括两个石墨半环,所述石墨半环的两端均构成有具有螺纹孔的凸台,每个石墨环的两个石墨半环通过两对螺栓及套设在螺栓上的螺母固定为一体。如此,石墨环在损坏时拆卸便捷,可节省更换或维修时间。
综上所述,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:
(1)本实用新型的石墨环辊通过将石墨环套设在离心铸管上构成,离心铸管增强了石墨环辊的刚度,提升了石墨环辊的结构稳定性,由于辊子刚度的提高,有利于增加辊子长度,使盖板玻璃设计不受此局限,有利于生产超宽度玻璃,实现与大吨位窑炉的完美匹配。
(2)本实用新型的石墨环表面光滑,强度大,石墨环辊间断性与玻璃带接触,能降低玻璃带下表面被辊子硌伤的机率,提高成品率,由于间断性与玻璃带接触,有利于玻璃带的冷却,提高冷却功率。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例及附图,对本实用新型做进一步地的详细说明,但本实用新型的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1
如图1所示,用于浮华生产盖板玻璃时退火窑内低温区的传送辊道,包括设置在退火窑低温区的多根石墨环辊,其中,石墨环辊包括离心铸管2及套设在离心铸管2上的多个石墨环1,石墨环1采用高纯石墨制成,离心铸管2的材质采用碳钢材质或不锈钢材质,每根石墨环辊的多个石墨环1在离心铸管2上等间距分布。本实施例应用时,将石墨环辊安装在传动系统相应的部位上,为保证高纯石墨不被氧化,本实施例应用在退火窑后区,主要在400℃以下的区域,实际中一般用在退火窑后半部分至退火窑出口处。
实施例2
如图1、图2及图3所示,本实施例在实施例1的基础上做出了如下进一步限定:本实施例的石墨环1和离心铸管2均设置有键槽,离心铸管2上的多个键槽等间距排布,离心铸管2的每个键槽处均对应设置一个石墨环1,石墨环1通过穿过石墨环1的键槽并嵌入离心铸管2的键槽内的键4固定在离心铸管2上。
本实施例安装时,将制作好的设计有键槽的离心铸管2放在某一支撑装置上,然后将已加工制作好的石墨环1自离心铸管2的两端开始,依次按照一定间距套入离心铸管2设计位置,并将石墨环1键槽位置与离心铸管2键槽位置重合,再安装键4,使键4准确插在键槽里,保证石墨环1不移动。
实施例3
因低温下石墨环1具有良好的导热性,离心铸管2也具有良好的导热性,由此,将存在石墨环1传递一定温度给离心铸管2,最终导致离心铸管2出现较大温差而使辊子变形,使辊道运转出现跳动,当暂时应力在临界点时,极易造成玻璃带3炸板。为了阻止热量由石墨环1传递给离心铸管2,如图2及图3所示,本实施例在实施例1或实施例2的基础上做出了如下进一步限定:本实施例的石墨环1与离心铸管2之间设置有隔热层5,其中,隔热层5采用耐温隔热棉制成。
实施例4
本实施例在实施例1~实施例3中任意一个实施例的基础上做出了如下进一步限定:本实施例中退火窑低温区的任意相邻两根石墨环辊的石墨环1错位设置,即相邻两根石墨环辊的石墨环1之间相互交错,如此,在减少石墨环1数量的同时也可对玻璃带3进行均匀支承。
实施例5
如图4所示,本实施例在实施例1~实施例4中任意一个实施例的基础上做出了如下进一步限定:本实施例的石墨环1包括上下两个石墨半环,其中,石墨半环的两端均构成有具有螺纹孔的凸台,每个石墨环1的两个石墨半环通过两对穿过凸台上螺纹孔的螺栓及套设在螺栓上的螺母固定为一体。如此,在石墨环1出现意外损坏时,便于对石墨环1更换、维修。
如上所述,可较好的实现本实用新型。

1.用于浮华生产盖板玻璃时退火窑内低温区的传送辊道,其特征在于,包括设置在退火窑低温区的多根石墨环辊,所述石墨环辊包括离心铸管(2)及套设在离心铸管(2)上的多个石墨环(1),每根石墨环辊的多个石墨环(1)在离心铸管(2)上等间距分布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于浮华生产盖板玻璃时退火窑内低温区的传送辊道,其特征在于,所述石墨环(1)和离心铸管(2)均设置有键槽,离心铸管(2)上的多个键槽等间距排布,离心铸管(2)的每个键槽处均对应设置一个石墨环(1),所述石墨环(1)通过穿过石墨环(1)的键槽并嵌入离心铸管(2)的键槽内的键(4)固定在离心铸管(2)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于浮华生产盖板玻璃时退火窑内低温区的传送辊道,其特征在于,所述离心铸管(2)的材质采用碳钢材质或不锈钢材质。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于浮华生产盖板玻璃时退火窑内低温区的传送辊道,其特征在于,所述石墨环(1)与离心铸管(2)之间设置有隔热层(5)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于浮华生产盖板玻璃时退火窑内低温区的传送辊道,其特征在于,所述隔热层(5)采用耐温隔热棉制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于浮华生产盖板玻璃时退火窑内低温区的传送辊道,其特征在于,所述退火窑低温区的任意相邻两根石墨环辊的石墨环(1)错位设置。
7.根据权利要求1~6中任意一项所述的用于浮华生产盖板玻璃时退火窑内低温区的传送辊道,其特征在于,所述石墨环(1)包括两个石墨半环,所述石墨半环的两端均构成有具有螺纹孔的凸台,每个石墨环(1)的两个石墨半环通过两对螺栓及套设在螺栓上的螺母固定为一体。
